The unit was great. Amazing location and close proximity to the beach, shops, and dining.
Place in dire need of a reno. Everything in there in desperate need of an update. Toilet too small for anyone over five feet two inches to properly use sitting down. Less than basic. Screen door barely would slide open. Appears run down and shabby.
Excellent location, parking and check in very convenient. Apartment itself very outdated, mattresses uncomfortable. Kitchen outdated but well equipped. I would look for a remodeled place.
The Marine Surf Waikiki is a well kept property. The room we stayed in had a great view. It could use some room darkening curtains and a dresser that the drawers pull out easier and don’t fall out if pulled too far. Overall I would stay here again.
Security was a bit lax… the door to the foyer area was always open and not locked. Thankfully the elevator requires a key fob. It wasn’t clear where the mailboxes are so I had a tough time getting my key fob.
AC never got cold. I think I was at 74 degrees the entire 11 stay.

This condominium is in a great location in Waikiki. This time, the view from the room was a little disappointing, but I was satisfied with the room.Parking was convenient and it was very easy to get in and out.I think this is a room I can recommend.
Location, location, location
I Enjoyed proximity to Waikiki Beach. Ate at Dukes. Royal Hawaiian center and meal at Mahalaha. Next door, McDonald’s was handy for coffee. Extra umbrella chair mat and beach towels was not expected, but appreciated.

This condo is centrally located in Waikiki, all shops, restaurants, and beach are a short walk away. Easy self-registration process with the instructions provided. This is a preference of mine; beds were too hard to sleep comfortably. But if a firm mattress is preferred or you don't mind sleeping on a hard surface, this is the perfect condo!
Great place to stay, clean aeras, friendly check-in and check-out, lots of groceries and shops, very enjoing our stay!
We were right in the center of Waikiki. It was great.
The property has a very good location and the parking spot is great to have for exploring the island. The kitchen was great to save some money on meals, and the laundry room prices are very reasonable.

5 stars for its location and a reserved parking spot. Check in was very easy and the property manager was very professional. It also has air conditioning which is a huge plus. However, everything inside is very old and some of the things are breaking down. Considering it's price, I am ok with having only basic necessities but I expect them to be in working condition. The lanai curtain gets stuck every time its opened and it was struggle to close it. It has most utensils but they are either unclean or breaking down. The non-stick cookware has scratches in them which could be a health hazard when cooking. The knives have deposits on them in the corners of handles which shows that they were not cleaned properly for a long time. Once the pillow covers are removed, you notice that the pillows are all stained. I doubt if the pillows were ever cleaned. The floor was vacuumed but it was sticky. We tried to wipe parts of the floor with clorox wipes and they turned BLACK which shows that the floor was probably never mopped. We loved it's location and price. However, everything else inside needs a thorough clean. We will probably rebook this place if we visit again as it is close to everything but we will probably bring our own sheets and clean everything before we use.

Marine Surf is the best location and free parking is a must.
Overall, it has been a great spot to stay. Right in the middle of the hub with many places to go, dine, grab a drink, shop, and explore. Near beaches and close to the highway. The place was clean and spacious. Having the AC to sleep if it were too hot was also a plus. I’d definitely stay here again.

This apartment is really nice and clean and equipped with everithing you need. The location is close to the Waikiki Beach and you have a free parking spot in the building garage which is good if you rented a car. Everything was just as described and I enjoyed my stay.
The location is great….walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants in Waikiki. Parking was provided which is a must have if you have a car. The room was clean with good Wi-Fi connections and air conditioning.
Great location, amenities and ease of checking in/out.
Was nice and easy for the few days’ stay that we needed. The location was central, helpful having Ross across the street to buy a suitcase.
Everything you need for a week on Oahu.
Room is simple but private, covered parking and great location really sold us! Would definitely stay again!
