I rarely give less than 5 stars, but unfortunately this experience warrants it. The room itself was excellent, exactly as advertised and equipped with all the amenities I needed. However, during my 6-night stay, there was no hot water, which meant freezing cold showers every day. Not exactly the vacation I had hoped for.Additionally, one evening the elevator was out of service, and all stairwells were locked. Myself and six other families repeatedly tried to reach a manager with no success. Ultimately, one owner had to “pick the lock” on a stairwell door just so we could access our apartments.While the accommodations were otherwise great, these issues made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Great location, the beach and Waikīki central area is a short walk away! The unit was well equipped as well and made my stay comfortable :)
Cute place, great location, next to the zoo, parking available which is huge. Clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows could be better quality. If you’re okay with being on the warm side it’s fine, but it really needs a replacement AC unit that works and that isn’t insanely loud. There is also a fan, apparently to offset the poorly functioning AC, but it doesn’t do much. Overall for the price it’s a good spot, would consider coming back.
I am a single senior male, not tech savvy …I had no problems with the check in.. a safe, clean & quiet spot a block from the beach & everything that Waikiki has to offer.You are walkable to all of the hot spots & the local restaurants. The accommodations are as described , modern with everything you would need (l stayed 2 weeks)
A strong chlorine or draining smell in bathroom when we arrived. Lingered for a few days but pretty accurate to listing. The were a few beggars on Lemon road but they were not threatening. This isn’t the ritz Carleton but isn’t a dive either. The other residents in the building were friendly and helpful. Alexander the local manager was very communicative and helpful. We would have to say that having to go to 2 locations (1 to pickup key and fob) is not convenient perhaps having the lock box on site rather than at CB office would be more customer friendly especially if you arrive on a late flight. Other than that it was ok.
The location of the property is great just a block from the beach and walking access to everything.

One problem only one key is even for the unit which is a real problem and one that other guests renting in this location complained about as well. Very limiting for trying to organize beach time shopping eat.

My wife and I picked this place because we were moving our daughter to college. This studio was very clean, in close proximity to the beach, first come first serve parking and easy access to the University. We really liked having the full kitchen, utensils, and supplies to prep meals on the days we didn’t eat out. I also enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Thank you!
I stayed here for two weeks during a work trip, and I was genuinely impressed. The quality was far better than other places I've stayed at in this price range. The bed and pillows were super comfy, lots of soft towels, and having a full kitchen was a big plus. Will definitely be staying here again.
