Basic unit but very well stocked and maintained. Beautiful views from the Lanai. We saw whales and sea turtles right from our deck. The location is wonderful, close enough to shopping and dining plus Poipu Beach is within walking distance. We have stayed in other units in this same Condo and would not hesitate to do it again.

We loved the location and the incredible views from the balcony, but the condo has some issues. The bathroom is outdated and the shower/bathtub combo did not drain well. The carpet was somewhat dirty and stained. Overall we loved the views and were not very happy with the actual space but we mostly stayed outside so it didn't bother us that much.

It's not just an ocean view, it's up the coast, whales, sunsets, Ni`ihau, Poipu Beach Park, you can see it all from here. I have stayed in this Condo numerous times, but it had been many years since my last Kauai vacation. It is still my favorite and very reasonably priced.

Great location for exploring Mauai. Condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Easy, quick trip to Poipu Beach. Great views from balcony. Easy check-in/checkout. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. I was a bit hesitant to book because there were only 2 reviews before me, but everything was perfect! The place was well stocked, better than is typical with condos managed by a company and not an individual owner. There were plenty of functioning non-stick pans, and all the kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for cooking at home. We used the grill below the parking lot for steaks. In the closet were 4 beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear and 2 beach umbrellas. There were salt/pepper/spices in the cupboard. The condo is located on the side of the building that is not just behind the road, so is quite a bit quieter than those in the other wing. In addition, the lanai faces directly toward the sunset and we really enjoyed dinner out there each evening. It is about a 10 minute walk to Brennekes Beach. Overall it was everything we needed for a great vacation!

all good - nice unit, well equipped, great view.HOWEVER - your instructions for the lockbox caused a delay in getting into the unit - it said the lockbox code was on the left of the page - what was on the left was a different number - fortunately Dennis was able to get us into the unit and Derek from your central staff later called with the correct (2 digit) code. also, I'm not from AL, should read 'from CA'
