Everything was perfect just one glitch with the code not working.
We LOVED this prooperty. We previously stayed in penthouse 14 in the other building, but this one felt way more cozy and "family friendly". We had a slight issue with the code working and the owner andered immediately to get it fixed for us. They have EVERYTHING you could need in the unit (extra sheets, blankets, laundry products, cleaning products, spices and oils and ALL kitchen supplies you could need) we only had to spend about 400 at walmart to last us 10 days of meals cooking there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect relaxing spot.
Nice place to stay had all we needed.Nice view from the lanai on the ocean with being able to see sunrise every morning
The condo had everything we needed for a nice beach vacation. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. Communication with the owner was great and she was very flexible on check in and check out timing. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the beach wasn't great for swimming, it's on a stretch of mud flats.
Overall great stay. Location is great. Condo was stocked for our arrival. Lots of spices for cooking, great beach chairs as well. The bed was super comfortable after long days on the beach or walks and hikes. Condo is a bit dated, but who goes to Maui to stay in a condo. Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Great place, nice beach access, the facility and pool were very accessible. Unfortunately the wind tunnel effect of the sugar beach resort made it very difficult to enjoy in the afternoon. Blowing hats, books and flip flops away while trying to enjoy the pool. Thats the only reason we wouldn’t stay there again

Everything was perfect with a very slight glitch with door code not working. Owner and local contact person went above and beyond and truly exhibit the Aloha that keeps bringing us back to Maui. Everything we could have thought of was in place and the decor/art was outstanding!

I spent a great week in this beautiful unit. The top floor, end of hall location, has a great ocean view, as well as looking out to the volcano. Breakfast on the patio was so delightful.
The location is perfect- close to airport, Costco, Walmart, Kihei, and Sugar Beach Event Center, which was the reason for my visit- my nephews wedding. I could have ended up anywhere, but was blessed to happen upon this unit!
The unit was extremely clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Everything was easy. The swimming pool is a very nice hangout area. The small cafe/bar had very bartenders and yummy drinks. We definitely would stay again. Kay

There is a ton of road noise and a bunch of wind…the beach is decent, the actual condo is dated but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is well stocked while the dryer venting into the shower is gross from my perspective. Everything works and the lady that gives of a parking pass is pretty miserable. Hot tub was cold and grounds were well kept…you are close to a ton of stuff which is nice. I’d probably pick a different property off the main road next time just due to the noise in that I want to hear the ocean, not the cars 😊
