Sugar Beach, so centrally located on Maui.
Great beach to walk anytime of day. Great ocean swimming. The pool is great size to swim mini laps and the jacuzzi is heaven.
Kind of a hidden gem, quite and excellent sunset’s.
The saving grace was the spectacular oceanfront location and view. Plus the bed was comfortable.
The unit was very dated, carpet was torn and stained. Could not get TV to play from iPhone. Not a fabulous experience, just okay. Owned needs to update unit to charge these prices.
Great location! View is incredible. Walk right onto beach or sit poolside. We enjoyed both. Some great food choices to be had in the area as well. Highly recommend
The location, ocean view was awesome, love it!! The place seem a little out dated, was not able to do the laundry, like the sheets, and some.of the towels. Because we just did not have time.
For us it's "location, location, location". This condo could use some updates. We had to have the hair dryer replaced as it didn't work and had other issues with some other appliances. Lanai furniture was really old. We will look for another condo at the Sugar Beach Resort for our next stay. Again, we have stayed at the Sugar Beach Resort probably 9 times. Location, location, location!!!! This particular condo was dated from others that we have use at the Sugar Beach Resort.
Room had a great view but AC vents were disgustingly dirty. There’s a motion sensor in the bed room with a red light that goes off every time you move to monitor AC which is really creepy. Carpets are so old and some spots are crunchy and feel weird under your feet. Also, had a bunch of ants in bathroom and bedroom and found a few in my bed. Could be so nice but doesn’t seem like owner wants to put any time or effort to update
Enjoyed the stay at this time of year was quite windy. Our room was clean but due to needing upgrade looked dirty. Sofa had tears on all cushions, before sitting on it covered with sheet. Carpet had multiple stains and grout in bathroom permanently stained. Enjoyed location of condo.
This condo had a great view. We were able to see the whales sitting on the lania.
Property is not as it appears in pictures. Very rundown, furniture in terrible condition. Stained carpet, marked walls. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Infested with moth’s and flies. Dirty and disgusting!!!
If this was the only rental available on Maui, I’d sleep on the beach. Definitely will not stay there ever again! Chose another unit within the resort. Resort itself is awesome!
The lanai with full ocean view made our mornings and evenings the best!
