The location is great! You can walk right out to the beach and there is a nice grass area for lounge chairs. There js an area for good snorkeling right off the beach. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Had a great stay and can’t wait to come again!
The Unit was nicer than advertised, clean and in good condition. The beach and pool were nice but the snorkeling on the reef behind the beach was awesome!

WOW - this place was great. We loved the proximity to the beach and were blown away with the amenities after we arrived. Office staff was great. The convenience of the store and rentals on the first floor made everything so easy - we will be back for sure.

The condo was clean and appointed well, and the building staff were helpful and courteous. Check-in was a breeze. The beach was amazing with nightly glowing sunsets and whales playing in the distance. We found the location to be perfect—very close to dining and shopping. We would love to stay here again!

We had such a great experience and what a lovely place. We recommend staying at this amazing place with an incredible view. We had a blast with our family at the pool and on the beach.

Excellent location. We wanted beach access, got about 1 mile of beach, even on weekend, never crowded . Older property in excellent condition , everything worked. Condo furnishings are clean and comfortable. All needed kitchen gadgetry was there. Restaurant was closed for remodel. Store was useful for emergency. Safeway was an easy drive. All our party agreed it would be a return property for us.

The unit was as expected. Could use some upgrading, but overall was perfect for our needs. However, we were disappointed we were not informed that the restaurant was closed, along with the general store and that they were still under Covid Restrictions for their gym. The hours of use were limited, you had to sign up for a time in advance and only one person/family was allowed at a time.

Our unit was ready when re arrived at 10:00am. It was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our vacation special. Unit 611 could use a little updating but other than that it was perfect.

Four of us spent 8 nights at Mana Kai. The views from the lanai are amazing - a great place to spend early mornings before sunrise and evenings after sunset there. The on-site amenities were wonderful - nice pool, general store, equipment rental, concierge who can help arrange activities, and restaurant. There is a nice lawn area under palm trees to set out a lounge chair, relax, and listen to waves. There are many people who stake out their spots by setting out beach towels on the ground very early, several hours before sunrise; and the lounge chairs do run out between 9 and 10 AM. You can make use of the unit’s beach umbrella and two lounge chairs, in case if there’s no space on the lawn. There is also great snorkeling right off the beach there. The condo unit is a little worn and smaller than we anticipated from the photos. But we spent little time indoors, so not a problem. Laundry is not in the unit - it is in a shared area next the elevators, which worked out better than expected. Having a full kitchen was very nice, as eating out on the island can be very expensive. There’s a grocery store just a couple miles down the road. Communication and instructions from the management company was very good. Overall we had a very enjoyable and memorable time.
Our third stay at MK and we enjoyed this trip as much as any other. The beach and grassy-area views from the lanai never get old. We especially appreciate the heated, wind-sheltered pool in the afternoon. The pool umbrellas held up despite the high winds.
Very glad to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards in the unit. Those extras made for more fun and easier activities.
Kitchen was well-stocked, we needed the plastic ware for kids.
This trip we made use of the easy access to the Kihei boat ramp, just one property over. If you want to go to Molokini - book from Kihei and you can walk to the boat ramp.
We were pleasantly surprised by the mid-week cleaning. Given all of the beach time, sand is inevitable on the floors. The midway cleaning was so timely.
All comforters & blankets should be washed between guests. Back room remote needs batteries. Would be nice to have extra beach towels. All else was great!
The bathroom lock on side B of this property locks from outside and there is no way to open from inside. One of our family members got locked in bathroom and no one was in the unit to rescue him until someone came back
Great condo in a friendly, laid back, no frills complex. Nicely upgraded unit with good quality appliances and upgraded bathrooms. Awesome ocean view!
Great location. The view from balcony is awesome. Pool clean and nice. Beach is excellent. The on-site market a big plus. Property concierge was rude and abrupt during multiple interactions.
