The condo is very spacious and full of everything we wanted or needed during our stay. The wagon made carting down all of the beach chairs, boogie boards, and our bags to the beach very easy. The condo is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the complex is very lovely and well manicured, so we enjoyed the walks. The owners provided all of the information we needed prior to our arrival, and were prompt in communicating when we couldn't find the pull-out couch sheets during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!
We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to stay here again one day!The condo is very spacious with high ceilings. Looks smaller in the pictures compared to its actual size.The two king beds are very comfortable and so is the sectional couch in the living room!The hanging chair on the lanai was lovely to sit in while drinking my morning coffee and looking at the beautiful plants and geckos!The condo is equipped with plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion is both bathrooms. The kitchen has ample plates, bowls, cups, etc.I highly recommend this condo for families!
We just spent the most amazing week in Kauai in this beautiful property - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Literally three steps to the pool and hot tub, and about a 15 minute walk on a beautiful footpath to Shipwreck Beach, the location was perfect; and the unit itself was immaculate, with more than enough space for our family of four. Communication with both the owner, Karen, and property managers was warm, friendly, and responsive. Can’t recommend highly enough!
The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and BBQ right out the door. We really enjoyed having the wagon, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear to take to the beach. We are looking forward to visiting Kauai again!!
Our family had an amazing week long stay at this condo. The condo was spacious, well stocked and in an awesome location. Pool right outside the front door. 10 min walk down to the beach. Beautiful grounds. Communication with owner was easy. Everything you need for beach days in the condo, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, wagon, umbrellas, snorkel gear. Thanks for a great stay!

AlohaHad a great stay with our family of 5 at this property while on Kauai at the beginning of January. The kid’s absolutely loved the proximity to the pool and the short walk down to the beach at sunrise and sunset . That said, conditions were a bit rough while we were there, so ended up driving north most days to enjoy the beaches along the east shore and at Hanalei Bay. All said, we had great communication with the property owner and loved the accommodations themselves. Other than a few few burnt out light bulbs the condo was ideal. We look forward to visiting Kauai again in the future. MahaloEric
Do you want a place that is close to the beach stay here. Do you want a place that has the pool/spa close stay here. Do you want a place that is like home stay here. Do you want an owner/management that is responsive to inquires stay here.Do you want a place that has upgrade furniture, air conditioning, fans etc, then stay here.Do you like a place that furnishes beach chairs. umbrellas, beach towels and more then stay here.If you don't want all the above then I suggest you find somewhere else to rent.
Location was amazing! Great beaches, walking trails, nice property and surrounding areas. We loved all the beach toys and accessories left in the condo for our use. Only small complaint was that the queen bed needs new bottom sheets. They did not stay on the bed and it would slip off each night while sleeping. Otherwise the place was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!!
My third stay in this special apartment over several years. Always the same experience - paradise and so clean, so comfy - just a dream...love it so much. Thank you Karen.
Our family of four loved staying in this condo for our first trip to Kauai. We were very thankful that we had A/C, and it was super convenient to be able to do laundry while we were there. The pool/grill area were located directly out our front door, and we were a 5 minute walk from Brennecke's Beach for boogie boarding, and Poipu Beach for snorkeling. The unit also had boogie boards, coolers, wagons for transporting beach equipment, and beach chairs. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the host provided lots of information prior to our stay. We made most of our meals in the condo, but there was also a bar and grill on-site, and plenty of options for restaurants nearby. There were ample dishes, and pots/pans for cooking. We would 100% stay again. Thank you to the hosts for having us!
Stayed for a week in March with my husband and 2 kids (6 and 8). The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.
It was really windy the whole week we were there so beach time was limited. We definitely took advantage of all the pools that we had access to in the condo complex (it was at least 3). Short walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended this property for families. Only wish was that it came with access to a gym.
Wow! Great location. We loved the beautiful scenery when walking. The pool and hot tub was steps away. The amount of beach items available was fabulous. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this unit again. Would highly recommend this unit for a family vacation.
Great place and description was very accurate. We have stayed at P-Kai several times and this was one of the best. Love the pool and BBQ so close.Few small suggestions-a few more kitchen towels and Rubbermaid style containers + ice cube trays as the ice maker was on the fritz. We would come back here for sure. We luv Kauai!
Great location. Had many extras like beach towels, body boards. We had a wonderful time and would stay at this location again.
This is my second stay at this wonderful house and it was just as fabulous as my first stay back in 2018. The house is spotless and so comfy - great beds and living-room. Everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday is provided - snorkels, inflatables, beach chairs, boards, etc. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there! And then of course the pool and hot-tub literally outside of the front door and location to the beach is perfect.
I just love this holiday home - and the only reason I haven't stayed here more than twice is the availability - so book it while you still can! Thank you to Karen, the owner, who is just delightful and keeps a perfect holiday home. I'm so grateful. We had a glorious two weeks in paradise.
