This unit was nicely decorated and well maintained. It was within walking distance to everything in Waikiki.
Our stay in Waikiki was excellent! We are walking distance away from the beach and the heart of Waikiki. The balcony was a very great way to relax and unwind before and after a hot summer day of water activities. The host was very generous and provided lots of different things, such as beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling set, for our stay. The kitchen is also very well stocked. We highly recommend the stay!We are aware that the parking lot is a few min walk away and is not attached to the apartment but the walk didn't bother us.
We have been to Oahu many times but needed a two bedroom this time to bring our daughter for her birthday. This place was perfect! Great location, can walk to all our favorite spots, watch the Hilton fireworks from the lanai, and had plenty of room for all four of us to relax. The owner did have a nice note and snacks for us when we arrived. We stayed for a week and were given enough towels, TP, coffee pods, etc to accommodate that. There were also beach chairs and boogie boards so you don’t have to rent anything. We did not cook anything (except the tsunami warning night when everything shut down) but it seems to have all the essentials. Check in was a breeze and parking was close and convenient for us, no waiting on valets at the busy hotels.
The condo was in a very nice building in the heart of high end shopping district of Waikiki. Could walk to beach or shops/restaurants! Great amenities of steamer, hair straightener, pickle ball paddles, tennis rackets, beach chairs and umbrellas and more! Very easy to find parking lot for our rental car. Would stay again!

My husband, myself and our two kids (teen and preteen) stayed here for 9 days. The location is really great. It’s a short walk to the beach and to a number of shopping locations and restaurants. Our eldest loves city life so he really loved the location. The condo itself is well kept and had all the little details to make the stay easy (dish liquid and dish washer tablets, laundry tablets, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, bathroom toiletries and even a bidet! The outdoor area is a nice place to spend some time when not indoors or out and there were enough things to watch on TV when some indoor downtime was needed. There was free WiFi in the room and there is an included parking pass although we didn’t use it. The property manager was wonderful and responded quickly when a couple of our plastic key cards broke. The space was clean and a good size for the four of us but with one bathroom would probably be tricky with more people than that. We did see a few cockroaches but honestly I feel like that is expected in a tropical climate. They were small and not at all abundant. If we were ever to come back to Oahu we would definitely stay here again but I think I’d break the trip into North and South to get away from the city a bit. All in all, the condo was great and so was Captain Cook.
This property allowed our family to truly enjoy our stay in Waikiki. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and a refreshing place for us to cool off and relax after a day out in the humid environment. We all really enjoyed this vacation and are already looking for an excuse to come back.

Had a wonderful start this past week. The space was exactly as described and had a lot of extras included that we didn’t realize. They left a ton of local snacks for us, guide books, coupon books, and had us setup for beach time. Location was a 2 min walk to Waikiki beach, we had access to boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and even a Beats speaker for us to use on the beach. Definitely recommend!
We had such a wonderful stay in this condo. The space provided was perfect for my family! We had 5 adults and a walking one year old. The host was incredibly thoughtful and had some welcome goodies on the table which everyone quickly tore into since we were hungry after our flight. The property manager was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Everything was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed for all the cooking that we did and even utensils/dishes for the little one. We used the provided beach chairs for our picnic at Ala Moana, had fun with the games we found in the cabinet, and enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning! We used all the beds but, unfortunately, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Although it was very convenient and easy to set up, you can feel the metal bars and the mattress is quite thin and sinks. Just a heads up for anyone who may need to use all the beds provided. Otherwise, it was just a short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise/sunset and having a parking pass for the lot just on the next block over was convenient. We would unload the entire family all our belongings just in front of the building then park the car and enjoy the short walk back to the condo. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone and can't wait to stay here again!

The condo was clean when we arrived. All you need in the kitchen and bathroom essentials! Lots of towels, beach towels, boogie boards, one snorkel mask, two beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and even a little cooler! Really close to the beach, Starbucks and ABC store for things you may need in a pinch! Free parking lot with access card.
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. So close to the beach and shopping! I loved the two balconies as way to get a little space away from the family and enjoy the sites.
The only recommendation that I would have is to have some directions on how to get to the nearest beach, but other than it was perfect. Thank you.

The space itself was fine - a little dated but fine. Where we had major issues were with the cleanliness of the room.
1) We had cockroaches in the room on the first night we were there. All we had on the counter was bananas. The second morning, I put donuts in a box on the counter for 5 minutes, and I came to get a donut, and there was a cockroach. Paul did address the issue and came to the room and sprayed, but we still saw cockroaches.
2) The toilet didn’t look like it was thoroughly cleaned. When I lifted up the toilet seat, there were urine stains all over the back of the seat.
3) There are lots of place in the corners where there are dirt stains. I get it’s an older property (which I did not realize upon booking), but I did t expect it to have that many areas of dirt stains. Also, I question how well the room was cleaned as I found someone else’s socks under a chair in the bedroom.
The beach chairs, amount of towels and beach gear was really nice and Paul was good to work with. Just dissatisfied on overall cleanliness.
We had an amazing experience at the Regency on Boardwalk, the space is plenty for a family of five. The location was perfect as everything is mostly in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and the beach access is very close as well. Perks were the parking pass, beach toys, and the separate lanai’s. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome goodie collection of Hawaiian favorites. The condo was very well cleaned on arrival and checkin and checkout were very clear. If you are looking for a great space to stay definitely think about this place.

We enjoyed our short stay in this property. The unit was clean, and it was only a short walk to the beach. Parking is in an open lot a quick walk away, but you can load/unload your stuff in the front of the condo. I cannot speak to the laundry facilities since we weren’t there long enough to use them. There is occasional city noise but we expected that being closer to the activity of Waikīkī. It had everything we needed, including boogie boards and beach chairs. If there were things we forgot, an ABC store is right below the condo. We would stay here again.

Within a block of the Embassy Suites. Easy beach access and easy beach walk access. Kitchen is perfect for making breakfast and lunch at home. We liked to eat out for dinner. Huge benefit that we didn't realize immediately is that the place comes with a parking pass for lot less than a block away. Clean and well appointed.
Felt like my home away from home. It had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels,snorkeling gear and a ice chest. I loved the sliding doors that fully open up to the balcony. It was my favorite waking up with the doors wide open and watch the sun rise.
This condo was perfect four a few days with my family. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the two balconies lowed privacy and great people watching. Would stay again.
This place is so great! We enjoyed everything.
This was a very well-maintained property with a nice balcony and kitchen. The two bedrooms were also nice. We had a party of six so two had to sleep on the sofa sleeper, which they reported is being very uncomfortable. The metal bars went into their backs, and the mattress caved in the middle so one of them ended up sleeping on the floor.there was only one bathroom for all of us to share. We got by, but had to make some adjustments. For some reason, I thought this was a two bathroom facility until we walked in. My fault for not having read the description better.
