This is a really lovely property in a fantastic location with stunning views. Property was well equipped and very comfortable. We had drinks on the lanai and watched the sunset every evening. We will definitely come back!
Overall this is a fantastic place to stay! However, our particular unit needs some work. The bathrooms were not clean. We cleaned the master bathroom toilet before we used it. Also, because of the age, both bathrooms had what looked like mold in the corners of the tub/showers and on the grout. The carpets were stained as well. I would absolutely come back but wouldn’t stay in that unit again.

We loved the location.
The view was over the top. The small bathroom had grab bars in the shower and beside toilet. It was great for my slightly disabled wife. Loved having the washer and dryer. Our overall stay was outstanding.
Wonderful Stay. Spectacular views. Great location. Any emailed questions we had were promptly answered. Gift Basket was a nice touch. We would love to stay here again in the future.
It had been several years since our last visit but it was even better than we remembered. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Polo Beach Club several years ago, so we knew the location was great. This condo complex has spectacular views and a perfect beach. The grounds are well-maintained and lush.This particular unit however was rather disappointing. The condo itself is very dark. There are lamps but no overhead lighting. The bathrooms are the biggest downfall. They are dated and need work. There is peeling paint and discolored grout. The tubs are stained brown from years of sandy feet. The bedroom carpet (yes, carpet) was filthy, it really needs to be deep cleaned or just removed. I have photos of these things if anyone is interested.The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of beach chairs and lots of games. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable bed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but would not rent this unit again unless it had a total renovation. It could be amazing.

Polo beach is just a wonderful little beach and this property is great!
Great location- right on the beach. Amazing views and rocked to sleep every night by the sound of waves. Unit has everything you need- is very clean and well stocked. Thanks for a great time!

We loved our time at 305 Polo Beach Club. It was very clean. It didn’t have sand everywhere like most beach rentals. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it looked like it had plenty of what a family would need to prepare meals. Plus, there is a shared BBQ area outside.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Unit and made our stay memorable
We stayed at the Polo Beach Club for 7 days and had a great time. Condo was very well maintained, clean and stocked with everything we might need (beach chairs, kitchen utensils, family games, books, etc.) Easy access to the beach with amazing views of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything as advertised! Clean and comfortable....everything in working order...check in smooth and easy...phenomenal view....every morning and evening spent watching the whales on the balcony....bring binoculars! Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect additions....

Lovely condo. On the beach. The location cannot be beat. Super view and your own beach with smaller protected waves than the huge Makenna beach a mile away. Access to the board walk that takes you to all the huge resorts. It’s at the end of the board walk so you get very few walkers by the beach. But it’s a huge benefit for access. You can walk to dinner nightly. Somewhat dated interior and a few worn out items did not affect our stay one bit. Unit had the requisite items you need to make a beach stay successful such as chairs, umbrella, laundry and even snorkel gear. We even left a boogie board for the next user. Would go back for sure.
