Nice, well kept property in great location. Priced very well for the area.

Bugs, and leaky sink. Ants making a home in the kitchen counter. Cockroach sightings. Lawn maintenance two days in a row which was irritating when trying to zoom work and weed eaters going for hours. Seriously leaky kitchen sink but didn’t want to lose a day to workers in the room. Needs some TLC s we hitch seems to be lacking during the pandemic.

I stayed here for 3 weeks with my 10 year old granddaughter who has been learning to surf each winter vacation since she was 5. She was doing virtual school due to COVID so this snowbird decided to bring her along for a 6 week winter trip. This place was perfect for us.! She was able to walk down to the beach shack and take her lessons or rent a board every day. I was able to sit on the beach in their lawn chairs with fresh towels every day and just zone out. So much better than at our other rentals where we had to rent a board and carry it around on top of our car, then drag it to the beach!
The unit itself was perfect for laying out in the sun, which is my thing.
There is a lovely lanai and grassy area right in front with plenty of afternoon sun. I spent many afternoons reading in the sun next to a fragrant shrub and overlooking the lovely landscape full of plumeria trees.
One of the nicest things about staying here was that the Castle Management is just a few doors down and was always there to take care of you. It felt more like staying in a hotel rather than in a vacation rental. And this unit is right across the street from the laundromat which is very convenient. The only downside was that I cook most meals at home and the kitchen is very small and only minimally equipped, though there is a good dishwasher. But cooking was still doable and and we loved staying here and would come back!
