Very clean. Great location.
We loved everything about this unit. size, furniture, the fact that it is located on the ground floor is an enhancement. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen utensils were well kept and mostly new. And for those of us who are working nomads, it even has a small office.
House was cancelled on us due to water damage..Mgr found different house for us
Great place for 4 adults (myself, wife, and her parents) for a 5 night stay. Short (10 minute) walk to the beach. Home was clean and comfortable. Spacious kitchen was awesome with large island. Kitchen table was a bit tight, but worked out ok. We all slept very well, so although beds were firm, they were fantastic. Pool area was nothing super special, but very sufficient, and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Overall, we thought the unit was a great place, and we definitely recommend it.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The welcome gift, the comfortable beds, the well appointed kitchen and beach equipment made our stay so nice. The complex is very well maintained and the pool and spa are lovely. We will gladly book this property and condo as soon as we can. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Beautiful accommodations, very clean property, quiet, had everything we need for our stay and more. Everything is in perfect order, new appliances, top edge, good tv programs, peacock etc.

shower in the master bedroom.
This was a very nice place. It was well stocked with beach gear, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. It was close to places to eat, shopping, and the beach. It was a very quiet complex, pool and spa were nice.
5 of us stayed at the house. Place was clean and nicely furnished. Location was ideal too. So many coffee shops, local markets, did trucks etc were close by. Quick drive to Poipu beach. Loved our stay!!
This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, great location, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs, toys, ice chest, and extra laundry pods were such a help!! Would definitely stay here again!!
Great atmosphere and location. It was our first trip to Kauai and this property did not disappoint.

-Pool area (short walk) nice.
-Very short drive (or walk) to Poipu Beach.
-Two bedrooms on opposite sides of main area-nice for privacy.
-Bathrooms (3) all nice and functional.
We really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean and had everything you need. The only thing is the master bedroom mattress is hard a a rock and messed up my husbands back really badly.
Everything was great! Very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay there again!
