Overall, a great place to stay and I'd recommend. Location is great, unit is modern and well-maintained. There were two things that could have been better.1. Air Conditioning - While they have wall units in both bedrooms, and fans, the main living space does not. Your reliant on outside air and fans. Temps were around 83 in the day, but hotter in the unit, even with all windows open and fans. It was HOT.2. Grilling - They do have a "grill" but it's electric (not a real grill). It appears the policy of the grounds doesn't allow open flame grills. This was disappointing and something to be aware of, if you were thinking of grilling out in that beautiful open area overlooking the ocean.All else was wonderful though. Still recommend.

Condo was as described - real nice for our family of four. A bit difficult to find as we arrived late into the night (and the island is SO DARK!). Wave boards, towels, beach chairs available - which made it so much easier.

stayed a week, everything was working, and the location is truly excellent, with direct access (10 min walk down a paved path) to an excellent, almost private small beach and another larger beach. Highly recommended
The location is excellent! We enjoyed the condo the grounds, the pool was fabulous!
This neighborhood is very quite ! The ocean breeze while sitting on the lanai was a true Hawaii experience.
We will definitely stay again.

It’s good property. A little outdated, but ok! They should mentioned that it’s not small kids friendly. I have an 8 months old with us, and it was a challenge, because to get to the property you need to get to the stairs and in the unit you need yo go downstairs/upstairs for the second bedroom.The view is great. The beach is not accessible with small kids. You need to climb using ropes.When we came the icemaker was not working, and the property management put a sign telling about it. After the first night we saw that all the vegetables and fruits inside the fridge freeze, so we need to through all them out (worth of $100), that was very sad!
The condo was immaculately clean, very beautiful views and everything was communicated very clearly !
Only thing that could improve- sliding glass door going out to balcony sticks pretty badly.
The beach equipment was much appreciated as well! We will def be back

Pali Ke Kua properties are the perfect location for the view. We have stayed in 3 different units on this property and although they are beginning to show the age, the views are amazing. Although there was some issues with booking this year, Hawaii life was great about accommodating us.

Very well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. Beds were very comfy. Overall development was nice and quiet. Private access to Hidden Beach is a bonus. Ocean views spectacular. The unit itself is a little tired and could do with a good clean but everything worked (appliances, tv, wifi, outdoor grill)
We had a great stay! There were a few things missing from the property: additional toilet paper and plunger. They have offered to reimburse us for having to buy it though. Quick response time majority of the time. It was a great central location and very very clean which I appreciated. Would stay there again for sure.

Pali Ke Kua turned out to be a fantastic location for our trip. It’s convenient for exploring and has some great views. There is a small shopping area nearby for supplies, a few restaurants and some shops. While the bathrooms were a little dated, everything was clean and comfortable. It was quiet enough at night to hear the surf. We would definitely go back.
