The property is the best. The views are unmatched. The only recommendation I would make is a room aircondiotner for the bedrooms.
Loved the upstairs master with bath and the downstairs 2 double beds with bath. Plenty of doors for various levels of privacy! Balcony was great-love all the little geckos and birds who visited. The views is even better than the photos. No AC but so breezy and well designed for air flow and screens on every window (even a sliding screen door). Crashing waves at night were lovely— and the location so quiet we were never disturbed despite going to bed at 8 pm every night due to jet lag! Stop looking, this is the unit you want. Top floor, only one other apt. with as nice a view. Located on a peninsula with just one other apartment next to the tip of the peninsula so when you come out the front door, you have views of cliffs and the queens bath. Lots of restaurants, urgent care, groceries, etc within a 5- minute drive. Kitchen well stocked with spices and plates/utensils and they even supply binoculars, lounge chairs, and an umbrella. Thank you so much for an amazing 4 nights!
Condo is dated but comfortable. Lanai has a beautiful view with nice furniture to watch the sunset.
Towels, kitchen dishes, etc all comfortable.
Lori was awesome to work with and very responsive when needed.
Access to private path to beach was well maintained.
Internet and cell coverage are fair on the Princeville side of the island.

My wife and I just returned from Kauai and stayed in unit #223 for 5 days. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here! The manager provided excellent communication and check-in/out was smooth and easy. The view from this unit is out of this world, beautiful! The grounds and pool are maintained and in excellent condition. We loved the location in Princeville. The only negatives would be that the carpet could stand to be cleaned and kitchen counter to be updated. I believe some of the screens need to be fixed as there was a small problem with really tiny gnat bugs near entry way. Unit is equipped very well with beach supplies and necessary utensils and food spices. We saw dolphins and occasional whale right from the balcony! The stars at night were the brightest we ever seen right out the window. Area around unit is also very quiet and peaceful. Thanks for reading.
Layout is perfect for 2 couples as ensuite bedrooms are on separate floors. Room with 2 queens is on main floor with kitchen and living room and beds are very firm. King bed upstairs is ok.
Unit was very clean and has everything we needed. The manager said they plan a renovation of the interior at the end of the year as it will definitely benefit from the modernization.
Views of Hanalei Bay are fantastic and the condo’s community is beautifully landscaped and maintained.

This property was in a great location, and the view was wonderful. The property needs some updating which I understand will be done at the end of the year, but it was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. It was a very comfortable condo and the grounds and views were unbelievable.

We had a great stay at Pali Ke Kua. The view is truly like nothing I’ve seen before. The condo is a little dated and has no air conditioning but we knew this going in so we were not surprised. It was clean and comfortable with good showers and is a great jumping off point for all North Shore sights. I would stay again for the view alone. The Wi-Fi is spotty so if this is important to you than you might want to look elsewhere.
Would I stay here again? Yes! The positives outweigh the negatives.
Positives included:
1. Location -- the view is spectacular! We loved being on the north shore, and found this condo to be centrally located.
2. Layout of the unit was perfect for our family that includes 2 teenage kids. They were happy to have their own bathroom, and especially their own beds.
3. All the furniture was very comfortable.
4. The kitchen is functional. We ate in a little more than half the nights.
5. There was a nice large bottle of dish soap and a good, new in the package, sponge.
6. The dishwasher & washer/dryer looked new, and worked great.
7. The pool is very pleasant and close by.
8. The snorkeling from the private beach is great. But beware, the path, which is paved and well maintained, is ultra steep!
9. The bathrooms have lots of storage space, and toilet paper, liquid hand soap, shampoo & conditioner were provided.
10. There was a nice set of beach chairs in the closet.
Things that could have been better (minus a star):
1. Echoing other reviews, the counter tops in the kitchen, and the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are long overdue for replacement. Buckling in the counter, and cabinets that are stuck or don't shut properly.
2. I had to buy kitchen towels, facial tissue, and bar soap.
3. As promised, there was a beach umbrella, but it was on its last legs. We pieced it together for one day, but it gave up on the 2nd day. We rented the rest of the time.
Great spot for people who enjoy nice views of the ocean. Everything else was pretty decent as well.

Wife and I had a wonderful time hear loved the location of this condo had everything we needed ❤️.
The condo is a wonderful design that allows the cool evening breeze to flow through. We awoke every morning before sunrise and sat on the lanai listening to the surf and watching it get light. It’s what I am doing now as this is our last morning. We will miss the mynahs, three were just here. We were hoping for a possible glimpse of a humpback whale from the lanai but saw dozens of them. They are out a distance but they are there.
Oh and the rest of the place was great also. It is Clean. Kitchen could use some surfaces refreshed but it has everything you need with fairly new appliances. The furniture is comfortable and I I seems pretty new also. The host was responsive, informative, and the check in could not have been simpler. Unfortunately I have to finish packing now.

This was a wonderful location in Princeville. The views are spectacular, the sunset views is unobstructed. Really stunning! The condo has everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The interior is not updated. That is my only slight disappointment. They did let us know prior, the closet doors are rickety and slide off the track but there is so much room in the bedrooms and bathrooms which is wonderful. Overall loved it!

My friend and I genuinely enjoyed staying at this property, and were especially enchanted by the dramatic sunset show that occurred nightly. The condo faces due West out onto the Pacific, which is unique for a North Shore property. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Fans and tradewinds were sufficient to keep the space cool. I hope to book another stay here soon!
