The condo has an AMAZING view and the sunsets are incredible. The unit was spacious and well equipped for our family. The host Deborah was great! The only small inconveniences were that the pool and jacuzzi were closed during our stay and the washing machine wasn't working during but the host was nearby and washed a load of our clothes for us which was so thoughtful. Overall we loved our stay!

We had an amazing time. This was our 3rd trip to Kauai but the first time we stayed on the north shore and it did not disappoint!!!!!
My husband and I spent our honeymoon on Kauai and I believe this unit was really close to where our original place was. We love this place. The unit is great, perfect for my family, and everything was awesome. It's spacious and well stocked and I loved just having the glass doors open to listen to the waves at night. You can't beat the view in my opinion. I will probably never stay anywhere else ever again. This is definitely a place we'll return to.

The property overall was nice and a good location. It was quiet and as described. It was adequately stocked and nice to have a few extras in the cupboards and refrigerator from past guests. Check-in was easy and the place was clean and cared for. Deborah was accessible and checked in to make sure all was well. Beds were comfortable and no a/c was not a problem with the breeze. It is a fairly steep walk down to unit from the parking lot, but all one level from there. The pool was easily accessed and quiet. Parking was always readily available close to unit.A few more amenities would make it that much more comfortable (a few extra towels, instructions to the path/beach, paper/pen, pool hours) but over all it was a great place to stay.
Property was as advertised, clean, had amazing views, was in walking distance of several beaches & OneHotel, easy parking, super close to the Princeville Makai golf course. Property manager was easily reachable if needed. We loved our stay!! 😀
The location is perfect - so much within walking distance. The view is stunning!! The unit is super clean and well appointed. Check in and out was super easy. Great parking. Beds were comfortable. Only 2 downsides... upstairs neighbors were doing construction work on their unit so it was loud up there (otherwise the whole complex is super quiet and peaceful) and there is NO air conditioning - which we thought would be an issue but if you open the windows, doors etc there is a nice breeze that comes through - also using the shades for the late afternoon sun coming in helps to cool down the unit. We will stay here again - loved it.

this was a great spot for views and quiet. Condo was clean and well appointed with new furniture, different from pictures. A couple issues - the bedroom with the king bed is really not big enough for a king bed - one side is less than a foot from the wall/window, with no sight table and awkward to get in and out of bed. Also the new furniture in that room has unfinished wood inside the dresser which has a very strong smell, like smoky barbecue sauce. We had to keep the windows and the door to the room open to keep air flowing through and to keep the smell from building up. Also any clothes kept in the dresser absorbed the scent. The property agent, who responded quickly, told me the owner was aware of the smell and they could either put a blanket over the dresser or move it out. I needed it to hold my pc for a zoom meeting so I had to live with it.
This unit was well laid out and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there’s nothing like going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler being available in the unit - a very thoughtful touch.

We enjoyed our stay, but were not entirely pleased. The unit was advertised as having a landline telephone, but no phone was provided. I was told when I returned keys that the phone had been removed, but the rental info was not updated. The bed in the master bedroom prevents the bathroom door from closing. The rental cost for the unit has risen to an excessive amount. Quite a lot of small bugs on the kitchen countertops. We like the location, but will probably look elsewhere for our next visit to Kauai.

We have stayed in many oceanfront condos in Hawaii over the years, but this one has the best view we have ever experienced. The view over the bay, fringed by the lush hills is ridiculously beautiful! The condo was spacious and comfortable and well stocked. It’s a bonus to be walking distance from Hideaway Beach (although too rough this week to snorkel there) and 1 Hanalei for a special meal or cocktail. The sunsets and rainbows right in the front yard were fantastic !! Proximity to Hanalei (town and beach) make Princeville such a great destination. Spectacular week!

Driving to Princeville and the North Shore you pass beach after beach, each one more beautiful than the one before. Then you turn in to the green oasis of Princeville and wend to the end of the road at Pali Ke Kua. The best part is entering the condo and opening the drapes and being awestruck at the magnificent beauty filling your view. The clean, comfortable condo has everything you need and more but all you really want to do is sit mesmerized by the view. It never gets old. Quiet neighbors, friendly passersby, everyone shares the wonder of God's creations. Weeks fly by, and soon you find yourself planning your return visit because you truly have found Paradise and need look no more.

My husband and I brought our mothers for a weeks stay and loved every minute of our trip. Getting checked in was very convenient and easy, even after hours. The condo was very nice, clean and the decor was homey. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We had lots of space and essentials were plentiful. The thing we loved the most was our gorgeous view! We had an amazing stay at Pali Ke Kua 123 from the moment we stepped through the doors. The view is absolutely spectacular. The condo had everything we needed for our 13 day stay and we were very comfortable. We were welcomed with a cooler bag with Kauai Kookies and chocolates and the bag to keep. We can’t wait for our next stay!!
