Everything about this stay was perfect. Amazing view, apartment was beautifully decorated and everything was so comfortable. We had easy parking and multiple services were within a few minutes walk. Host was very easy to communicate with and was available at all times even if was just for a suggestion on where to go. 10/10 recommend this apartment!

Our stay was absolutely the best. The Owners had everything we needed and would want. The communication was the best. Kati was attentive and helpful through out our entire stay. The Beds were comfortable and the WiFi was good. They thought of all the extras to make our stay in Maui perfect.Marc & Kati also went out of their way to make our anniversary special. The property exceeded all expectations, and the pictures match it all. The condo was exceptionally clean, well furnished, decorated, and had magnificent views. We would wakeup early for sunup, make a Nespresso, and sit on the balcony watching either the sea turtles and/or early morning surfers as the sun rises behind Haleakala. Great quiet location, walking distance to some restaurants, the harbor, and a fantastic beach to which we had mostly to ourselves the entire trip. Katie did such a fantastic job with this property, it truly was a fantastic stay.
This condo is everything our family needed and more!! Very clean, it had all the essentials and the host communication is the best I ever received from all my years of renting.
We got to see turtles, walked to the close by beach, used the pool which although small, it was never crowded.

We enjoyed our stay. Property owner was fantastic and easy to contact. Definitely felt at home. Many of the little touches that make a stay fantastic and wanting to come back. Looking to book our next stay already.
We were there 6 nights and never turned on the TV....when we weren't out sightseeing, we were on the balcony watching whales with our binoculars and we had huge sea turtles daily by the bulkhead below. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Karen was always there for us if we had any questions or needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay.
Our group of two couples loved everything about our stay. The condo's location is a great home base for people like us who want to explore the whole island. It felt right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The condo has updated, upscale decor. It is so well stocked and Katie provided so many extras. We couldn't get enough of the lanai as there were whales everywhere, viewable right from the lanai! Katie was such a gracious host. Do yourself a favor and book this condo today. You won't be sorry!

The decor is stylish and tasteful. Many little touches Katie put into the condo makes it stand out from other rentals. The art work, plants throughout the apartment and fresh flowers that welcome every guest are exceptional touches. You want to take care of them as if you are more than just a renter. Heavenly beds.
Everything in the condo is functional, beautifully placed. We enjoyed many family cooking time during our stay. All the appliances, kitchenware, 2 types of coffee machines (Keurig and Nespresso) are clean and in top functioning shape.
Beach supplies in the 5/F storage provide everything you need for a relaxing beach time.
Sitting in the swing in lanai with a book watching turtle with the background ocean waves makes you appreciate your time in this magical place.
Katie is an exceptional host. She is very responsive and answered everything from which websites do locals use for update news about road situation to switching out the refrigerator filter within 1 hour of me asking as the light comes on.
Maalaea is a hidden gem. Everything is 15-25 minutes. The Maui ocean center & Pacific Whale foundation are within walking distance. Great causes.

She has the most amazing property and made this trip magical by literally laying everything out for us from recommendations on where to eat, shop, visit etc. Renting a car is necessary and easy. I wish I could write a novel about how glorious this unit was. The view on the porch alone will make you never ever want to leave. The unit is fully stocked with everything you can think of. If we ever come back to Maui, we WILL come right back here to Katie’s place. My family of 5 had more than enough room. Mahalo!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Maui! From the location to Katie's attention to detail and incredible service this place is top notch. We enjoyed watching whales and sea turtles from our balcony and enjoyed the beautiful views with our coffee in the morning. Katie is so helpful with reservations and information. We coudn't have been happier.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie in March 2023. From day one - communication with Katie was excellent. She was amazingly responsive to questions both before and during our stay.
I'm a coffee person and Katie had both a kuerig and nespresso in the kitchen (since I brew coffee she brought over a new french press and grinder when I asked about a brewer within a few hours of my question).
The property has two bedrooms with private baths (the showers are great) - both are very modern and well kept. The balcony is stunning and has a great view of the bay and you can see whale exhales from the balcony if you're there during migration season (the condo is also convenient to a smaller harbor with a few companies that offer boat-based options (whale watching, snorkeling, boating). The condo is also at the mid-way point btwn Kihei (15 min drive) and Lahaina (20-30 min drive outside of rush hour).
We'd definitely stay at Sea La Vie the next time we visit Maui!
Great place to stay. Condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It is in a good location to get everywhere on the island easily. Katie was so helpful giving suggestions. She is a great hostess. We would definitely stay there again.
This property is amazing. It is in a great central location. The condo is extraordinarily well appointed, beautiful, and immaculate. We were able to watch whales from the lanai out in the bay every day. The host, Katie is the most accommodating of any vacation rental I’ve booked. We can’t wait to come back!
