Worked out good for us. Location is convenient and had the things we needed. The cental air wasnt working not working but they had a window unit for the bedroom. The bed was a uneven and a bit weird but slept well. Would come back again.
I think I had seen this on other reviews, there was a musty smell, that tended to go away for the most part after turning on all fans. Also, had seen on other reviews, the bed matress is really not comfortable very little support would invest in a new one. Also, pool noted as heated, but we tried once and pretty cold. I think the location, views, size of property great for 2 people.
We love the location and view. Would return for that. Hope the there would be a new bed and reliable internet ( most units share the same drop). Cleaning of AC vents also recommended, it might help with the musty smell.
The unit was clean and nicely decorated.
The location is great and has wonderful views fron the lanai.
We had a great stay! We went for our one year anniversary, they left us a post card with a painting from a local painting as a gift. Was very thoughtful. The condo was clean. We where very pleased with our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! Would def come back and stay again!
From the start this has been truly amazing. Ease with check in, information about area, accommodating requests….all were handled smoothly and seamlessly thanks to Ryan and his team.
Now to the lively unit….we entered a lovely fresh condo filled with little touches to welcome us which was very much appreciated.
The location was spectacular and hit the mark perfectly for our three week adventures on the beautiful island….and in the evening it was great to return to the best seat for dinner- the lanai with beautiful sunsets followed by an extremely comfortable bed with lovely linens to dream about the next day in paradise.
This unit embraced and allow all of our senses to be touched and comforted. Magnificent sunsets to view, the sound and smells of the island in our patio, and the comfort of an amazing bed and lovely shower to end the day.

Location is wonderful, bed not so much! Lumpy and very uncomfortable. Forget trying the hide-a-bed. Furniture in need of good cleaning and refresh.
This is our 2nd time to stay with Kona Kai. We truly love the grounds, the views of this beautiful property. The unit was so cute and clean. Check in process was simple and friendly. We love staying at Kona Kai
The views were amazing and the condo has everything and more that i needed. The bed was the best sleep with the sound of the waves. Property team was incredilbly responsive with any request I had. I will be back.
As we entered the condo the first thing we noticed was a musty odor so went to the local Walmart for some Febreze. The Febreze helped. The microwave had rust on the inside so it was a little worrisome to use. The stove also had rust here and there. We also encountered some bugs in the kitchen and the bathroom area. We contacted the management about the bugs, they did get us some bug traps. The hot water went out, management had it back the next day. The location of the condo was great, the views and the sounds of the ocean were awesome.
