We loved our recent stay in Kauai!! The house is beautiful inside and out! We only wish it had more bedroom so that we could bring our family!
The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook nice meals if you choose too. There is an ORIGINAL Nespresso machine so bring your favorite flavor if you wish. They do provide some decaffeinated pods.
The description indicates air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms only. They have 2 Mitsubishi ductless heat pump units (air conditioning) and they work great and kept us as cool as we wanted to be!
The pool is beautiful and well maintained - we used it every day. The plants and trees outside were amazing. We loved walking under the large plumeria tree everyday and went left and entered the home.
The pictures show a hammock - but there wasn't one the palm trees were gone too! We were looking forward to using it but we didn't miss it at all - since the home has a so many other nice places to hang out and relax.
The bedroom was so unique and the raised bathroom behind it made it so the ocean was always in view. The steeping tub was amazing and a nice relaxing thing to do after being out in the sun all day.
We were blessed with Cynthia the house manager. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay!

The house was beautiful and everything was thoughtfully prepared for our stay. When compared to the resorts on the island at a similar price point, this was for us, better in every way.
Waking up to the expansive views of the ocean every morning was amazing.
From the minute we walked Into the property we felt like royalty. This home is a gem with views of the ocean from every space. The host was also great leaving us treats from the island to enjoy during our stay. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely be back.
This house is exactly as described on the listing, the pictures are completely accurate, and there are just more amenities than could be listed. It is just an amazing place with meticulously maintained grounds, a huge pool just feet away from the ocean that faces directly toward the Spouting Horn blowhole. Not a bad view at all being in the pool, in a tropical garden while overlooking the ocean. The interior is as well-maintained as the exterior. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal you could want to make. There are plenty of spices, utensils, foil, ziplock bags, etc. It has a frozen drink blender. The refrigerator is a sub zero built-in. The A/C keeps the place plenty cool. The cook top is gas. There is a natural gas Weber grill as well. We bought fish from the local fish market to grill each night and picked up veggies to grill from the market. It was amazing to have dinner just watching the sunset from the patio. The property owner provides two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels so you can just load those up and be on the beach in ten minutes. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we just enjoyed dinners there. It is a great location to get to the beaches, hiking trails, shops, and restaurants.
The place is fairly secluded as well. We did not see or hear anyone, and we spent a lot of time in the backyard. There is a public beach access path right to the side of the house, but it is not heavily trafficked at all since it is just access to rocks rather than a sandy beach. Some folks fished from there for a while which was kind of cool seeing what they caught. You absolutely cannot miss with this property.
