Can't beat the view!! Don't be concerned about the no A/C... Open up the doors for a cross breeze and they stocked the room with fans so you don't notice it much and we went in late July. Did I mention you can't beat the view?!?!?!
Absolutely breathtaking views! We saw spinner dolphins from the lanai and could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to watch the sunset every night. It was so beautiful here that we chose to cook and eat dinner in every night. It was spacious and equipped with everything you could need and more! We took advantage of the grills outside and enjoyed some time in the pool as well. Nothing can compare to falling asleep and waking to the sounds of the ocean. Definitely would recommend and would love to return one day!
Great location. Quiet and clean condo. Beautiful view from lanai. Walkable to swim and snorkeling beaches. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Well equipped kitchen. Beach gear and snorkeling fins very appreciated.
There were pros and cons. I just want to say the property is amazing. The view is unbeatable, truly breath taking. The condo is stocked with everything beachy from sunhats to beach chairs and boogie boards. Although housekeeping did an amazing job, I felt for the price we paid (5k , 8 days) it could have been overall nicer. I read the reviews and went through the photos in detail before deciding on this property. I may have a different level of cleanliness expectations than some so I acknowledge that firstly, also I know seaside rentals take some damage from the sea air. The kitchen cabinets need some work, some don't close and are pretty dingey inside and out. The couch was really well used and had holes in the fabric. It just overall did not feel the unit was "newly remodeled" as advertised. There is no Air conditioning so if you leave for the day make sure you close the blinds for its nearly impossible to cool down at night. Ultimately our vacation was simply beautiful as always, but we will not stay in that condo again.

Great location! Our family enjoyed the lanai each morning and during sunset when we weren’t visiting other parts of the island. We took advantage of all the beach accessories available to us as well as the pool and community barbecues.
Beautiful condo in a great resort with fun amenities. Listened to the sounds of the ocean at night. Management is helpful and responds quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of heading back to this condo next year.

My husband and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Each morning we had our coffee and watched the sunrise listening to the ocean and each evening viewed the ever changing sunset was amazing; witnessing the beauty God has created. Sleeping and listening to the soothing sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was very comfortable, clean, quiet, private, and convenient. The communication with property management was great. We took a day trip to another island and were notified of a power outage via text before we got back allowing us to be prepared before we returned. We appreciated their regular check ins to ensure our stay was comfortable. Amazing experience.

Our family of 4 stayed 7 nights. We loved this unit and complex and plan to book again in the future. It is quiet, safe and so peaceful listening to the ocean all night. The unit has everything we needed. It’s more than big enough. Our teens loved having a room to share with their own beds. It’s a short enough drive to Kona.
Very enjoyable condo and flat. Very well equipped. Great supply of beach equipement too. Perfect for a family of 5 with young kids/teenagers.
We stayed at this property in early July 2024. The condo was just as described. The condo was fully loaded with pool toys, snorkeling gear and beach chairs and towels. Kids loved the pool and the tennis and volleyball. It was close to everything and the view was absolutely unbeatable!

Location and parking were perfect.The condo was clean and well equipped with everything and more. We were finding alot of extras we used like umbrellas . Snorkel find and chairs for the beach. Their were plenty of clean towels and blankets in the closets. The breath taking ocean view was the best ive seen in all my trips to all of the islands. I loved that we were walking distance to shops . Restaurants and a market. I will stay there again on my next visit.

2 of us stayed in this nice ocean front condo.
We found the condo to beautiful and updated. Included are washer, dyer, dishwasher, TVs with cable, beach towel and beach toys.
It would have been nice to have some kitchen basics stocked like salt and pepper, a little bit of cooking oil. This is the first time we have stayed at a place with out at least that much.

Our family of four - two college aged sons - loved our stay and would stay again! Resort is very nice, condo is great & lanai gorgeous. Easy walk to Kahaluu to snorkel or just enjoy resort private beach. We liked close shopi g at Keahou and justa few miles to downtown Kona. Knutson & Asdociates did great management too
