This property is amazing. Location is convenient, views are spectacular and it is immaculate. They have really thought of everything including wire baskets for laundry sorting that also served as convenient storage for provided towels to take to the beach. Great place for a family to stay in the Kona area.
We found our home away from home in this beautiful property. A perfect location as our home base. After a busy day of exploring, boogie boarding at the beach, enjoying onolicious foods, our sleep time was comfortable and rejuvenating. We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was very nice and well set up. Comfortable house. Used the low beach chairs. Glad they had them for our use. Needed a little maintenance on outdoor shrubs and trees. I would recommend this place.

The house was very impressive upon arrival. Very clean and immaculate. Kitchen was very well equipped as well as plenty of supplies for beach, snorkeling and even fishing poles! Thak you for the supply of towels and first aid supplies. The coffee bar was impressive as well with a vari of methods to make coffee
Aloha, this house was perfect for my family. The house was very clean and everything was updated. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool. The house was located close to everything within 5-10 minutes away which was great! Will definitely be back and will recommend this property to other family and friends. Mahalo!
We were very pleased with the house & pool. It was very clean. Had everything we needed. The location was great close to town , the grocery stores & driving to the Harbor. We would absolutely like to stay at this house again next year if possible. Texas
We stayed here on our family vacation. It was perfect. Please we more than we expected. Beautiful view, fresh fruit to eat from the tree. There was stuff for us to take to the beach and use in the pool. Really everything you could think of was there for you to use. We even had some chickens and mongoose show up on the property while we were there. The only thing I was slightly sad about was the jacuzzi features didn’t work, so not jets. But nonetheless we’ll definitely rent this place again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Easy to get to airport and marina if going out on some trips. The home is equipped with everything you need and much more. Had beach chairs, Boogie boards and cooler for beach days. So much fun. Owner was quick to respond to a couple of questions that helped us.

The house was impeccable and so well stocked. The view is amazing and the pool was perfect, perfect temp and set up for kids. We were in it Eve dry day. We loved the location. We will definitely come stay again next time on the big island!

The house was immaculate, I was really impressed. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this house was one of the best. Heated pool, very comfortable beds, games, beach supplies, tvs in every room with all of the streaming services, the works! I would recommend this house to anybody.

David's property was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and then some. This was probably the cleanest and most equipped home we have stayed in. From the beach towels, washer/dryer, coffee grinder, it was just perfect. The pictures don't do it justice and it was more spacious than the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable and pool was clean and heated. We especially loved the chickens and kitty who came by to visit everyday. Definitely recommend highly. Thank you.
My 2 sisters and my 2 nieces stayed for 9 days! The beds were so comfortable! Nice Pool! Love the open living room/kitchen/dining.

We loved our stay at this home! Plenty of space for our extended family of 8! As others have said, this home is even better in person than in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, the view spectacular, and the kids absolutely loved the pool! Thank you!

In the past our Vrbo stays have not ever been as advertised- from little inconsistencies to very big ones. This property was clean, the sheets nice, the grounds very well kept. Pool maintenance came multiple times during our stay. Overall I would 100% come back!!!
This house is amazing! Our extended family of 7 adults all loved it. The furniture and beds are all very comfortable. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and watching sunsets. We also enjoyed watching the chicken and rooster, the many mongoose, occasional cat and geckos. We took advantage of the pool, poolside umbrellas and beach toys. As always, Hapuna Beach is our favorite. We played corn hole on the back lawn. It's a great place to relax after a day of shopping or sightseeing. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the high-end appliances. The owner has thought of everything you need to make for a relaxing stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
