Perfect accommodations for our family of 4. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was a closet with beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our trip to Hapuna Beach a complete success!
Property is very well located close to beaches and very close to shopping center. The pool is great and very convenient. I would recommend to all and stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The 3 bedrooms each with a king bed were perfect for our family of 5. (3 teens). We felt like there was so much space. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. We were very happy to be able to use the beach chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards too! The boards were broken on arrival, but our kids still had fun with them in the waves!We think the most exciting part of this place is the resident chicken ‘Henny Penny’, who makes her rounds each morning. She loves the wicker lounge chairs on the main lanai and if you check behind one of them, she will likely leave you some eggs! We enjoyed an omelette thanks to her:)We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back!
Very spacious, clean condo! The location was perfect for us first timers to the island with a great snorkel spot walking distance away, and either direction there were sights to see, without being in the downtown Kailua-Kona area directly. It was also a short drive away.

My husband and another couple had a delightful and comfortable stay. The house has a layout upstairs and down that allows for space, privacy, and beautiful views to watch the sunset. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the kitchen has plenty of counter space to prepare meals and is well stocked with utensils and appliances, and each bedroom has space and/or dressers to allow for a home away from home stay. The ceiling fans are a nice addition for comfortable temperatures. The entryway closet is stocked with everyone need for a day at the beach including a sturdy cooler, plenty of chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear.
We enjoyed many sunsets from the lanai and dinners from the grill.
Side note: The host was very responsive when we needed a grill brush and bath mat.

This was a perfect location and accommodation for the three couples. Easy access to shopping and the beach. Beautiful views from the porch.
The condo was great. Easy access to shopping, dining, and beaches. The swimming pool was wonderful. Slept great. Enjoyed sunset views nightly.
The property was beautiful inside and out. We had views of the ocean from almost every room in the house and from the pool. The space was perfect for our family of 5 with two adult children and a teenager. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but we were close to beaches and restaurants.
