We had a wonderful stay in this unit at Kam Sands. It was extremely well stocked with quality items, very clean, comfortable bed and furniture and lots of beach items for use. Location is excellent. Host was very responsive to an issue we had with the lock which was quickly resolved. We have stayed in some good units in this complex but this one topped them all. I would recommend without hesitation and will definitely stay in this unit again!
This is our first time staying here and we loved it!! The location is right across from a beautiful beach. All the beach gear came in handy as my kid loved it. The grass in front allowed us to have an Easter celebration and throw some eggs out on the grass for our 7yr old. The pool was also nice temperature and the guests were all very nice. We will definitely come back to this place….. not to mention if you look out the slider the tree looks like a naked man which we laughed about the whole time. You won’t be disappointed here
This place is exactly as advertised. Great place, very comfortable, good location and communication with the hosts was excellent. Couldn’t be happier that we stayed here!

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands several times - and this condo is the best ever - perfect location with a well equipped kitchen. Bed and beddings luxurious and all the little details are great. Responsive hosts. Have already booked it for next year!
Jerry and Melinda’s condo was great. Kamole Sands is in the perfect location, the unit was super clean and has everything you need. Building 1 is the closest to Kamole iii beach and you have a view of the ocean from inside the suite. Well definitely be back.

My wife and I visited Maui for a short stay on route to Las Vegas for a wedding via Melbourne. This one-bedroom condo was first class, fully stocked and well maintained. The hosts Jerry and Melinda have thought of everything to make your stay stress free. Our biggest regret was not booking a few more days. Definitely would highly recommend and we will be back some day!

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands 3 times and this could do was by far the best one yet! The welcome basket was so appreciated when we checked in at 1am.
The toilet handle broke and they fixed it almost immediately, even though we were fine to use the other bathroom for the rest of our stay.
It was very clean and cozy. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with our coffee watching the birds.
What an amazing place to stay! We will be back!

This condo is exceptional! So clean, so well stocked, so comfortable. The hosts offer everything you can think of and they are very responsive if you need them. The location is right across the road from kamaole beach III and a quick walk to some great beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s in a perfect spot. The resort itself is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly around the pool and on the pickleball courts. The description and the pictures are exactly what you arrive to. The hosts provide recommendations on everything which is so helpful. We can’t wait to come back and stay in this lovely condo at Kamaole Sands!
If you want to stay in Kihei, this unit is about as good as it gets. Comfortable, well-appointed, short walk to the beach. Had some minor issues but Jerry responded quickly and got everything in order.
We would book this condo again in a heartbeat! The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything you need and more, from beach stuff to kitchen stuff. The air conditioning was cold in both the living room and bedroom. The whole complex is a great place to stay. We have been here multiple times, and this would be the condo I would choose 10 out of 10 times.
