Enjoyed our stay at this property. The management company was very proactive and responsive. They called to check that we got in okay and also called the next day to see if we had any questions about the property and the surrounding area. Nothing negative to report! Excellent experience!
We enjoyed the pool and quiet neighbourhood. Home was clean, comfortable and kitchen fairly well stocked. Could have used some more bowls though. Great location. Wish there were lights around the pool for evening swims.
This property was exactly what we needed for our vacation, very quiet & relaxing. The pool was a plus. The location was perfect.
3 adults and 3 teens stayed comfortably in this home. Wonderful, safe location in a quiet gated community. Even though we would have enjoyed ourselves with the large clean pool and large covered deck, there were so many activities organized by the concierge around the island, we all agreed it was one of our most enjoyed vacations we've ever had. We were sad to leave.
The location to Al’li drive|Kona and other locations on the island was great. The view of the ocean from the pool was beautiful.
If you like to cook you will need to get all the basics including olive oil, spices etc. They provided a nice little gift basket!
There are many stores near to purchase groceries and other necessities. Overall - great experience, convenient location and beautiful view. We would like to return!
Great property for family
The house was very clean and most importantly, the neighborhood was quiet, allowing for a very relaxing time. Would definitely book again.
This place was about perfect for us. Clean and secure neighborhood that was gated. The pool was perfect for us and our kids. Location was close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The concierge and property manager was communicative and helpful.

We really enjoyed our trip, the house was beautiful. The pool I was so nice to have in the back yard. Would stay here again in a minute.
We came with friends. Some who were first timers to Hawaii. Relaxing area and quiet. That made all the difference to enjoyable evening. The pool was a great reward after a day of playing tourist and the air conditioning a welcome escape from the heat and humidity. A short drive to Kona town. The beds are very comfortable and we all had good sleeps. The property managers checked in and were really available to answer our questions.
Very relaxing place. Overall great. The room with the queen bed could use an upgraded mattress, though is my only complaint.
It had everything as advertised and doea offer a lot of perks. We had two issues that we feel worth mentioning. The first was the pool wasn't clean upon arrival. There are little worms that crawl in and die and then go to the bottom. The automated pool cleaner wasn't working until we messed with it and within a day the pool was about perfect. Had some minor green film on the walls but not an issue.
The other issue one may have is the comfort of the mattresses. We didnt find them to our liking but might just be personal preference. All other aspects of this property are why it has such a high rating. Outdoor space is amazing for relaxation.
We had a wonderful time. The property was homy and inviting. Our only problem was the BBQ. My son bought a part to fix it, but there was still a problem with the grease.
The pool and yard and back outdoor area were very spacious. We spent a lot of time back there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with all the appliances, dishes and anything you can imagine you'd need.

Our family loved our stay in this conveniently located home near downtown Kona. The hosts were very responsive, provided relevant advice during the planning process and were very additive to an incredible trip on the Big Island! Thank you again and looking forward to coming back soon!
