Situated conveniently in the neighborhood, walking distance to Princeville shopping center. The home was clean, well appointed comfortable, and came with more convenience and recreation items than most places we’ve booked recently from the kitchen, to the garage with all the beach gear you need, extra fridge, and generous number of towells for bathrooms and the beach.

Everything was perfect! This was exactly what I envisioned for our family vacation. The house was clean and stocked with all the essential needs. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub, firepit, soaking tub, ping pong table, kayak, etc. We cooked many meals in the amazing kitchen and appreciated the outside lanai with the string lights. So peaceful sitting out there being located at the end of the culdesac. The house is so beautiful and we enjoyed every minute being it in, we didn't want to leave. We would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
My wife tore her Achilles tendon and we finished our trip staying here. Getting upstairs is difficult, but at least the downstairs is lovely. We would stay here again.

we spent a week at this property. great location near beaches, restaurants, grocery store and there is a park just behind the property that was great for our 3 year old. they had gear for the beach including towels, boogie boards, chairs and sand toys. kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and the hot tub. would stay here again.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning house in the Princeville area of North Shore Kauai, and I can't recommend it enough! The design of the house is impeccable, blending modern touches with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every appliance is state-of-the-art, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there.
One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The yard is beautifully landscaped with citrus and plumeria trees, creating a serene environment. We loved unwinding in the hot tub after a day of exploring, and the gas grill was perfect for our BBQ nights.
The location is unbeatable! Just steps away is the local Saturday farmers market, where we enjoyed fresh produce and local treats. The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently nearby, offering everything from fitness studios to a variety of restaurants, including a great breakfast spot that we frequented.
For a touch of luxury, the 1Hotel is just a short drive away. We indulged in their high-end cocktails and breathtaking views while savoring their breakfast buffet—definitely a must-try!
If you're a golf enthusiast, the Makai Golf Course is nearby, offering a picturesque 18-hole experience that’s perfect for a day out with friends.
Overall, our stay in this beautiful home was a dream come true. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this location has it all. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kauai!

We had a great stay!! It was a great space for hanging out with the family and a perfect location for us. The property is separated by a hibiscus hedge to a beautiful park where they host a farmers market on Saturdays. We played 1 hour of ping pong every day. We enjoyed using the well stocked garage with the abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, surf boards, boogie boards, foam roller, yoga mats. Loved the outdoor shower and fragrant flowers with 3 plumeria trees, a lime tree, a key lime tree, papaya and more. There is a large gardenia tree full of blooms peeking in to the main level of the home. We cooked most of our meals in the beautiful well-stocked kitchen and used the Traeger 3 or 4 times. The master bedroom and bathroom were luxurious and beautifully decorated. The customer service team at Vacasa was on point. They allowed us early check in which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. There was an issue with the garage door they fixed immediately. A very relaxing and comfortable stay! We'd love to come back!
We loved the layout, the garage converted to game room/TV area, the included surf boards and boogey boards, and how the property backs to the park.
Beautiful house in fantastic location. We are a family of six (kids are all teens) and the garage set up with the ping pong table and tv was perfect! We could walk to restaurants and the grocery store and there is a park directly behind the house. We enjoyed the Saturday farmers market in the park. The house was well stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards, a cooler, plenty of beach towels and a kayak! We loved the hot tub and beds were comfy. Would absolutely recommend!
