The property was very comfortable and well equipped. We used the BBQ for multiple meals. The pool is close, limited lounge chairs though. Extras in the garage are useful. We used the ice chest frequently. Lots of snorkel equipment too. Would stay again. Close to beach club, walkable but would be more challenging with gear or children.
Excellent lower level condo in wonderful in Mauna Lani. Well stocked, comfortable beds and access to Mauna Beach Club. Great location for all Big Island adventures .
Our experience with this property was wonderful. We found the beds comfortable and also the couch. The kitchen is well appointed with the necessities to cook most things. We especially liked the private beach club/ beach access. The garage had all the necessities for the beach as well.
We only had a small hiccup with the A/C not working, but that was repaired. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have been happier with the location and property. Andy was in constant communication and the check-in process was a breeze. We arrived just in time for one of the most beautiful sunset's I've ever seen. Great location in a beautiful resort complex. We will definitely be back!
The Golf Villas unit was very clean and the pictures represented it accurately. The chairs and couch were comfortable. The dining table was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked although a bit low on dinner plates. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The unit has a small lanai that looks out at the golf course and has a sunset view. This is a first floor unit and has no threshold so was very accessible for the disabled person in our party. One of the best features of staying at the Mauna Lani development is access to the gated beach entrance. There are three spaces for disabled parking. The beach is sheltered from most high surf (although not all) and easy has access. The refrigerator has two ice makers but the one in the door malfunctioned. The one in the freezer compartment worked fine. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor periodically. The condo management is aware of the problem. The living room does not have lamps on the side tables so it's a bit dark. The driveway is on a right hand turn in the road and has poor visibility. Extra caution pulling in and out of the driveway is needed. This is the third time we've stayed in the Golf Villas development. It is well run and maintained.

We had a great stay in the golf villa. It's location is perfect. It is close to everything, coffee shop and grocery store. The private beach access was the best, we spent several days just laying on the beach. The villa was super clean and perfect for us, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The villa had several games which we did played out on the deck area several times. We enjoyed out stay and if ever back we would book this again! Andy was more than helpful answering any questions we had and was very prompt at getting us any information needed.
This is both a great location and great condo. Easy access to anywhere on Hawaii Island, and a nice peaceful setting.
We had stayed in the golf villas before, but this location has a beautiful sunset view, and a great through breeze, plus comfy beds. We did not have kids in our group, but there are lots of games and toys. Several days were too windy for snorkeling, but the pool here is wonderful.
With the beach club included, this property has everything for the golfer and the family vacation. We were central to the best fresh fish, Malasadas and local tours. We told our son who has a 17 year old and 2 year old. This is the place for all of them to have something that will keep them interested. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are good sized for a nice comfy stay.
