A private office is also attached to the master suite. The second master suite has a king size bed, ocean views, a private entrance to the pool deck, and a big en-suite bathroom with an extra-large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed, garden views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The spacious living room is connected to a fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes a gas range stove top and wine fridge. Guests of Waiulaula Villa 322 may purchase daily resort access to enjoy all facilities and amenities at both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resorts. Access must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and covers all registered guests in the unit. Please note: This privilege is offered directly by Mauna Kea Resort, and South Kohala Management is not responsible for any changes to resort services or amenities. Rates are as follows:
2025: $195 per day
2026: $225 per day (Base Rate) | $330 per day (Peak Rate). Peak rates apply from March 21-April 11, November 21-27, and December 19-January 2, 2027.
2027: Rates have not yet been determined and are subject to change.

We were told the pool and hot tub were included but when we got up the next morning both were cold so we called manager and they looked into it but there was a lock on the pool controls.? Apparently the owners wanted that way I said no way and they took it off the next day. Meanwhile we were without a pool for 3 days. The outdoor patio wasn't very clean. I'm still waiting for my security deposit

We come to the big island at least once a year and frequent the Mauna Kea when we do. We have stayed at many villas over the years and this one has been our all-time favorite! The kitchen was well-organized and had just about everything that you may need. We love cooking and having a well-stocked kitchen is a must. The layout of the villa was perfect for a family gathering. The condition of the house was pristine. We felt very fortunate to be able to rent it for the week!
