Overall the property was very beautiful and well maintained grounds. The condo itself was adequate size for our family of four. Although the queen sofa bed had no linens (those were supposed to be in a closet) so we had to use an extra sheet to sleep on top of the mattress. The ac unit in the main bedroom had a massive leak that was running down the wall and the paint was bubbling out and leaking water to the floor. This was brought to the attention of the front desk but I was Told to call another number for maintenance to come look at it. This is the last thing we wanted to do while on our vacation. The shower curtain in the bedroom shower had mold growing on it, again I was told to call another number for housekeeping to come out as they are not on the property. We only were given 4 towels total to use for our week long trip. The batteries were dead in the remotes, which was just annoying. The front door we had to slam front door to shut it from the outside. Also, the toilet in the main bedroom would run constantly, the flapper in the tank was broken. The location of the property was good with lots of options for dining and beaches and super close to a few grocery stores.

The place was cozy, we have partial ocean view and it’s amazing that we got to see the sunset every night. The rooms are ok, we didn’t like the air conditioning in the beginning was noisy but was less quieter after, the maintenance responded right away. We love the pool area wish they serve cold drinks or even a vending machine . The area outside patio / mini golf area is clean. The beach is accessible and it’s really nice to go there early in the morning, in the afternoon the water gets merky, my daughter and I found this little pool area at the beach it was protected by by rocks, so we just soaked in there cause it was shallow , it’s a nice place to stay , it’s not that fancy but it’s cozy and accessible to the beach. A lot of trees close by the beach just to hang out. Unit A309 is very cozy , it has everything we need , umbrella, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels.

Location was great and people super polite. The unit was great for 4. My only suggestions are 1) replace the AC units, they are very noisy and affect sleep. 2) Improve cleaning - the sofa bed had sand and hair and the sinks in the bathrooms needed extra effort.

Everything about this place is amazing. The room I stayed in is super clean, well equipped with good quality appliances including a washer/dryer (always a bonus) and everything one would need to cook a full meal. The facility have some grills in the center area which A LOT people used (pretty popular!) but is super clean! Great location, very peaceful and quiet, staff is superior.

We were in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment that offered a beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer. The building was quiet and peaceful and offered stunning sunset views from its soft sand beach. Beach rentals were available as well as shuffle board, a putting green, and tennis courts - something for everyone! The check-in/check-out was seamless and the unit was very clean, also parking is included!! This location is very central and in between many excursions including: boat tours, the road to hana, and Haleakala.

We spent a week in A309. It was very comfortable. Two bathrooms were a bonus. We loved the 50's decor. Not much of a view and the beach in front of the property is not very nice. Nice for sunsets and watching fishermen. Also, if you like dogs.
