The property and grounds were beautiful with an incredible view! The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Kris was very responsive and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Maui.
We had the absolute best time in Kihei and our stay was fantastic at Kris' condo! Easy check in and parking. The view was amazing and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves (beach and pool included). Our family of 4 can't wait to come back!
Delivered as promised. Kris was great to work with. Our favorite time spent in Hawaii was on this lanai. A close second was the big beach at Makena, which was about at 20 minute drive. I love to cook, and the kitchen was well appointed. And the views, the views, the views! One note for novices like us: The trade winds in the afternoon are significant! Plan your days accordingly.

We loved our time here. Kris is a great host and was so easy to work with. Communication was great. The unit is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located.This condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. The pull out couch in the living room has an air mattress top and our tween son slept great on it. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the air conditioning worked well making for a great night's sleep. The bathrooms are quite nice, and the showers are great. The kitchen is well appointed with all we needed to have a great week in Maui. The whole condo is bright with great natural light and we spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the beautiful views. Several evenings we enjoyed takeout dinner on the lanai while watching the sunset. We didn't end up using the grills, but I did take a peak at them and they're clean and ready-to-use. Everything about this place was great, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our first trip to Maui. It was nicely updated and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We particularly liked staying in Kehei --- great central location, plenty of smaller, local restaurants to try, convenient grocery stores, etc. Would love to stay at this property again on future trips to Maui.
Great location with perfect view of beach and sunsets. It is also close to a number of restaurants. Very clean and the host was great checking on us through the trip. I would highly recommend.
This place was amazing. The condo owners kept travellers in mind by having simple things available such as chairs, umbrellas and cooler available to use. We found the place to be inviting and very comfortable within a great location to access the whole island.
Beautiful condo & excellent communication, full stocked kitchen with all the needs, AC was excellent & great wifi reach! Lanai is a huge bonus with breathtaking views, the beach however is very rocky and the sand is grainy, it is great for long walks and dog play. There are soft sand beaches near by everywhere. The location is very nice and quiet, 5min drive to shops and restaraunts. The pool is also a big plus, clean and quiet, shield from the wind and sand. Will definitely come back!
Our family of five had a wonderful vacation in Maui. We searched many places to stay on our long vacation and loved our selection. This condo is in Kihei, just north of the downtown area. We preferred to stay away from the downtown and action. The location was peaceful, and we felt as if we were living amongst the residences.
The condo has two bedrooms and a comfortable couch. Our son slept on the couch and never complained. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are adequate in size, with plenty of closet space and storage. The bathrooms were clean and updated.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you need to cook meals and brew a nice cup of coffee. The refrigerator is spacious and meets all of our needs, including keeping us stocked with ice for our family of five. The island in the kitchen was spacious and was a focus point with fresh fruit and sushi.
The owner was always available to answer any of our questions and promptly responded to them, which was reassuring. The people staying at the complex were also nice and friendly, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.
The view from the porch was amazing. We spent many mornings and late evenings just watching the ocean and the activities.
The unit has plenty of beach chairs, and the chairs are in great condition.
A bonus was walking from the condo to the beach early in the morning and watching the turtles close to the shore.
I would certainly stay here again.
This condo was clean, well appointed, in a great location and had a great view! The check-in process was easy (it was actually ready a few hours early) and communication with condo management was quick! The only thing to note is there is no TV in the master bedroom (in most of our rentals there is a TV in the master). Overall this was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely rent it again!
Very nice corner unit. Close to all & very easy to commute around. Parking easy & acess to beach just a few steps away. Great communication & the evening from the lanai were the best ! We cooked a few times & bbq is just down below. Grounds are beautifully kept. I would say 4 -5 guests will fit comfortably. At 6 we were pushing it a little but our stay way non the less wonderful! We would definitely book again.

This property was clean, spacious and has a great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. Kihei is located in a perfect spot on the island. It’s right in the middle for where you want to be. Toad to Hana is about 30 minutes away and Wailea is about 11 minutes away. From the airport it takes about 18 minutes to get to the condo. I definitely recommend this place.
The unit was neat and very clean. The unit has been nicely updated. Very functional location for us, close to local Kihei conveniences and a good hub for exploring the island.

Showed up to a perfectly clean and well appointed property. Host is quick to respond to any questions. Located 5 min away for anything you need to either dine in Kihei or to stock the fridge at one of two grocery stores very close. Beautiful view. TBH, we thought the view of the ocean and beach was photo shopped in some way……. Nope. Place is great
This property and manager are amazing. Very clean and stocked well. Lanai has shade in morning and sun in afternoon and spectacular view of the sunsets. The beach is mostly sandy but it was unusually windy while we were there so we spent most our time in the pool which is very well maintained and has a covered area for shade. The winds are supposedly stronger in this area than a little further south. I would return again.

Was a very good property and rental experience. The building grounds were well manicured. Plenty of up front communication and a follow up after check in to address any issues or needs that we might of had after arriving. Appreciated the willingness to extend a late check out if another renter wasn't scheduled to come in that day, but one was so we weren't able to check out later. Totally understand the quick turn around for them. They had the parking pass already picked up and in the unit when we arrived which was nice. They provided ice packs and a cooler to use for our day trips as well as beach chairs. High quality cutlery and dishes and not the cheap stuff. Would rent again.
We booked this unit for the view and the lanai and we’re not disappointed. Also, the kitchen was well appointed, appliances, and kitchen gear were up-to-date, and bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Chris was a great host, and took care of the few small problems we had immediately. Highly recommended, hope to return soon!
