Cousin enjoyed visiting and staying on the same property that we live on. Unit was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view.
Everything I viewed when booking, was just as it was when we arrived! And the beach was actually closer than I anticipated! Everything in the condo felt as if you were at your own house! Just in a better location with a view! lol we couldn’t have asked for anything better and would come back here and stay again! Lots of places to shop or eat just within walking distance! Which was a bonus for us! All the amenities that go with the condo are awesome! And it is a very quiet and relaxing site! I would recommend anybody to stay here!
Very pleasant accommodation.NO unpleasant bugs nor insects of any kind, thank goodness.I enjoyed this apt. Everything worked, i had no need to call for any maintenance or repairs.I had no contact with a property manager. The office ladies were very helpful
The location was great. The place is a tight if you have a big family. Was clean. Loved having coffee on the balcony and the washer/dryer for those beach days. Only negative was the unwanted 4-legged visitors, so don’t keep your luggage on the ground. Besides that, it was not a bad stay.

Great location with 3 great beaches within 5 minutes. Also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking. Great property Very quiet and well done Unit is done nice and Great views from the lanai. So nice that there is beach chairs coolers an snorkels. Highly recommend.
The had a beautiful relaxing stay! The condo had everything and more! The lanai is the star of the place! Updated kitchen and I bathroom! Nice furniture and beautiful tropical artwork! Huge library for adults and kids! Very clean with ample cleaning supplies, laundry soap and dryer sheets and a stocked medicine cabinet with sunscreen and lotions. Lots of beach supplies! Condo is bright with a beautiful breeze! The fan in the bedroom could use a replacement or an additional floor fan would be helpful as it gets warm in the bedroom. Definitely will be returning!

The unit was fantastic & had everything we needed. We really took advantage of the full kitchen & enjoyed using the beach stuff. The unit was exactly as pictured. Location is great - right across from Kam II (great for watching sunets!) & close to everything in Kihei/Wailea. Natalie was super amazing, responded to questions quite quickly & even let us stay a little later past checkout (late flight). The staff at the office were also very friendly & helpful.

Very nice condo. Due to the Maui fires and coming from a hurricane in Baja, the owner/manager was very flexible in rescheduling.
I would recommend a new fan in the bedroom that ran a bit faster and more speed settings to circulate air. I never used the AC, and the condo had plenty of cross ventilation. Despite using the elevator, the condo was very nice.
We enjoyed our vacation in this place.
We had a comfortable stay at this property. It is convenient to several beaches and I walked across the street to the beach every day.There are local restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. Lovely sunsets off the front balcony walkway if you don't want to walk to the beach.
I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment complex was directly across the street from a fantastic beach, walking distance to cafes and shaved ice and the 2 pools were fantastic!
Pictures don’t do this place justice, I was pleasantly surprised that the condo looked better than what is listed.
Only note was that the wifi doesn’t work in the bedroom and the A/C is only in the living area. Although the ceiling fan worked well.
We had a wonderful 12 day stay at the condo. Close to beach and pool. Pull out couch was good for our teen son. Main bedroom was large, but could have used a better lighting. Kitchen was equipped with basic supplies. Blender was a bonus.

Apartment is clean, everything was as expected. Great location - beach right across, multiple beaches within short drive. Lot of shopping and restaurants in walking distance.
Decent views of the ocean from the balcony.
Super location, well appointed kitchen. The unit was well stocked with quality beach gear too- snorkles, fins boogie boards chairs coolers etc. The only reason a 4 star rating on communication was because the unit number/ address was not provided with the door code for check in. But that was quickly rectified.
Be advised, this unit is near the elevators and the bedroom louvered windows need to be open for airflow meaning you hear all conversations of guests getting on/off the elevators. For us, the great views made up for it. We would still choose this unit again.
All bedrooms in the complex are located with that orientation. The ones closest to the elevators would be the loudest.

Quite good condo. I have stayed in other units in this building. The items in the condo could use a bit of updating. 3 of the 4 beach chairs in the bedroom cupboard are broken. There is only 1 wine glass in the kitchen along with a bit of a mish mash of dishes and utensils. The freezer door is misaligned causing the freezer to ice up quite badly. The view from the 5th floor Lanai of the ocean and sunset is quite spectacular. Although sparsely furnished, everything you need is there and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros: Well stocked kitchen. Great location - a short walk to the beach, a quick drive up S. Kihea to places, just around the corner from the turnoff to Rt 31. Clean. Can see the ocean and mountain from the Lanai. Lots of beach stuff.
Cons: A/C is only in living room. Bedroom can get warm.
Other cons are not the owners fault: roosters crow at 4 AM, bedroom wall is on the hallway, and you can hear rude loud people in the hall.
Overall, I would give this place two thumbs up and a smile. I had a great stay.
