This is the first time we have stayed at a short term rental that was actually over stocked. We didn’t stay long enough to actually use the kitchen, but it was nice to see if had ever hung we needed if we needed itThe perfect amount of towels and blankets. Only thing missing was a luggage rack
- Ground floor units have foliage surrounding each lanai so there is a sense of privacy, even with neighboring units.
- Love walking the beaches from the boat launch through Wailea-lovely 3 mile round trip beach walk. Great turtle viewing right across from MK at the Pu Trail.
- Appreciated well stocked kitchen and enough to, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent for our stay. Also appreciate boogie boards, chairs etc.
-note that hair dryers for bath rooms need to be replaced. One has no warm air; the other is full on all the time.
They had everything you needed, was a very quiet peaceful place to stay! Will stay here next time we come to Maui!
We had a very nice and relaxing time, felt like home. We live on Big Island, and have island hopped several times, and this is the nicest place we've stayed. It was relaxing and felt like home. The area is very nice, you get the Wailea feel without the price, and are very close to the nice beaches.
Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Maui.
Also, Vacasa was seamless to work with, super easy and very clear directions, with very little effort.
This unit is very nice - while it doesn't have an ocean view, it has a lovely garden lanai, with pretty artwork, nice furnishings and lush plantings. The unit is well furnished with a very comfortable bed, and fully appointed kitchen. Overall, I would recommend this unit, particularly as Vacasa headquarters in Oregon listened to our concerns when we came back home and have remedied the inconvenience and loss of service, we had during an unexpected exterior painting project across the units in our building. Local staff were seemingly overwhelmed and were unable to communicate changes in schedules and impacts to the use of the condo due to multiple days of the painting crew needing access to our lanai. While these things happen, it's important the property manager steps up. Because of Vacasa's responsiveness and understanding to the impacts on us, we will definitely utilize their services again and rent this unit again in the future.
Had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay in maui
This condo is conveniently located to nearby restarant, shops and beaches. Our unit happened to be across the street from the pool so it was easy to get in those quick swims. The hot tub was hot enough at 104 degrees. The condo includes a dedicated parking spot. It was fully stocked with the necessities one needs on a vacation. We enjoyed our stay.
Well equipped kitchen. No ocean view from this area of the property but pretty lanai and close to pool.
Pull out had sand and dirt in it when we arrived. Also there was only 3 beach towels and 1 good beach chair which was disappointing. Emailed manager about this and they never replied. The patios are not well kept the one had broken tiles and garbage in the planters and under the A/C unit. There was also only 2 dish detergents for a family of 4 for 10 days which we have never been restricted on with previous rentals. The kitchen had good utensils and such, the location was great overall if you don’t plan on spending time in the unit it was good not great.
We loved being able to walk to the boat launch and easily drive to many lovely beaches. Pool was welcoming, close and warm. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. You can’t beat the weather in Kehei!
