Outdated overall, bathroom shower was small, dirty & rusty, location was good, kitchen & laundry was helpful…overall just okay, nothing special.

Enjoyed the spacious, comfortable, conveniently located unit for a week. Hawaii themed living room, ground floor location, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with king bed. The lanai was sizable with a table and chairs, and connected directly to the grounds. The central location makes access to the rest of the island convenient.
It was a very clean property. Had a nice pool and only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo, clean and comfortable! Very nice pool and hot tub. The best location! On the beach, close to farmers market, ABC store and Ululani’s shave ice!
We had a great stay at Sugar Beach. The condo is older, but clean and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the pool area, and access to the beach. We felt safe at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.
Small one bedroom condo with the bare basics. Get ready to be unimpressed.

The location is great and the suite was perfect for us. Beach is just steps away and the pool right out front. Parking is right out back with no extra charge. Reception at Resort is very helpful. Theresa was a great host and there when I needed her. Thank you again great place and hope to visit again.
This was our second time staying in this specific unit at Sugar Beach Resort and once again we were incredibly happy with our stay. Clean and a wonderful location. The bed is definitely not the most comfortable but besides that we couldn’t have been happier and are looking forward to our next stay!
This is our second stay at Sugar beach and it was another great experience. The ability to walk out the door and be in the pool or the beach within a few steps can’t be beaten. The resort has great amenities. When we come back to Maui next we hope to stay here again.
My girlfriend and I stayed here last summer and had an amazing time. Clean property, beach access as well as a pool, hot tub, and bbqs. We truly loved the stay. The property manager was very nice and helpful the whole stay. Also ! There is a bar/ grille which served sandwiches and hot dogs as well as other snack time items 20 feet from our room. Amazing and will be back

Property located right on Sugar Beach. Great central location on the island. We hadan easy time going to Haleakala, Lahaina and the rest of Maui.
