We had a wonderful holiday. The condo was fantastic. The updates were great. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai. Check in process was easy. We look forward to coming back soon. Mahalo!
I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed in a VRBO so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for the rare meal in. They had ALL the beach necessities like chairs and umbrella (although the last tenants brought back a lot of sand in the chairs). The whole facility was great. Pool. Recycling. Super friendly staff. Parking. Easy check in. And the location couldn’t be better with a great beach across the street and amazing restaurants a couple blocks away. We visited some of the other condos friends were staying in and felt like ours was the best. Would recommend this stay 10/10.
I thought it was a two bedroom but if was one. Daughter has to sleep on sofa. The bathroom toilet backed up and took 2 days to fix.

We have stayed at seven different properties at Kamaole Sands. This one bedroom has it all, from the beautiful renovation to the best location on the grounds. We will definitely be coming back.
We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Anastasia & Orysia’s beautiful apartment. Excellent kitchen with high spec appliances. Useful washing machine & dryer. Everything was very comfortable with lots of homely touches. The complex grounds and pool are also maintained to a very high standard. Thank you for letting us share your home.
This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back for the third one next year! The condo has all the amenities and located in the heart of Kihei. It was so peaceful and beautiful as always. Ana is the greatest communicator and super friendly to talk to. Thanks again for offering your beautiful place for us to stay!
Beautiful! Exceeded our expectations! Our condo had everything we needed. Just cross the street and you at a beautiful beach. Private balcony, exotic plants and trees surrounding the property. If I could give the place more than 5 stars I would!
We had a great stay here. Across the road to the beach. Beautiful grounds. Walkable restaurants. Easy parking.Property was quiet and comfortable.One thing that would have made it even better would have been the provision of beach chairs.
We stayed here in Jan 2024 as well. Can’t say enough good things about the condo itself, the grounds and location. We hope to be back in 2026!
This was our second visit to Kamaole Sands. This unit has been remodeled and owners did a fabulous job! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It’s location is close to the pool and gym, great ocean view from the lanai, it was Perfect! Thank you for sharing your home in paradise!

We have already travelled a lot and have also been to beautiful hotels and private accommodations - but this apartment was really really nice and very pleasant. You could feel at home - everything was very clean and everything you needed was there. We have nothing to complain about at all and would choose this apartment again and again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Maui. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials. The onsite management was very helpful. Brian and Arlene were delightful and so easy to work with. We will definately book the same condo the next time we visit Maui.

We had use of beach chairs and umbrella. Condo is close to pool. Communication with Arlene the owner was great - very easy checkin. We definitely will stay at this condo the next visit to Maui.

They kept me up to date on the fires on Maui and offered guidance as to whether to have my vacation or not. They answered all of my questions and provided information to me as it came out of the news outlets. I was provided my unit information in plenty of time and was 100% accurate. Unfortunately, my friend and I had to cancel our vacation at the last minute due a medical emergency. As sad as we were to miss our lovely vacation to Maui, Arlene was wonderful to work with and gave us any information we needed in a timely manner to submit to our travel insurance. She communicated clearly and concisely with instructions prior to the trip as well.
We know the Kamaole Sands is a wonderful property and we will for sure book Arlene's condo again when we can return.
