The property is located across the street and is easily accessible by foot. The pools are not heated so that was disappointing but still a wonderful place to stay.
The condo was amazing, comfortable, perfectly located, highly responsive property manager, had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. I can highly recommend this unit.
The Maui Vista was very equipped with anything we needed for our stay and very comfortable! Beaches (and shopping!) were super accessible which was awesome and we loved the Kihei area ! We would highly recommend this condo. Thank you!
This was a great little spot in Kihei! Easy walk to the beach and some breakfast spots/shops. The apartment is cozy. My boyfriend and I had a great trip! Matthew was super easy to communicate with to get our plans in motion!
I am a light sleeper so asked the owner about the noise as the unit is close to the street. He assured me that he had put in new double pane windows and a split system heat pump and it would not be a problem. He was right, it was quiet and having a heat pump rather than the old air conditioner in the window made all the difference. We slept well and were very comfortable only having to use the air conditioning about 30 minutes each day. Highly recommend great place for a great price.
This excellent property offers a prime beachfront location, just a short walk from the shore. The condo is well-equipped with numerous amenities for a perfect beach day and is notably quiet. Both the condo and its facilities, like the barbecues, are top-notch. The owner was also very accommodating and responsive.
However, the condo's small size limits storage for personal items, as most spaces are already filled. A suggestion would be to reduce decorative items and clear out unnecessary duplicates, especially in the kitchen where a set of sharp knives would be a great addition. This would be particularly helpful for longer stays.
Overall, the minor issues are overshadowed by the condo's many positives. We are grateful to our host for a fantastic 15-day stay in Maui.
The description is correct...close to the beach, updated nicely, a wonderful place to enjoy Paradise!
