Great views and location. Lots to love here. The air conditioning could work a bit better but otherwise it’s really a great place. Our family loved it.
Beautiful location. Good accommodations. Great response and followup by Ali'i staff. Highly recommend. However, the condo is somewhat dated and needs some minor upgrades and repair, nothing to distract from our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and everything we needed was provided.
Location and views were incredible. Property needs some updating but I think that was made clear from the photos and past reviews. We would definitely stay here again.
This was our second stay at this property. Amazing view from our deck. Only a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach where you can take long walks. Absolutely wonderful! We will be back!
This is the most amazing place to stay in Maui! The view from the balcony is stunning and the sunset view is perfect! Our kids loved the easy access to the perfect swimming beach and pool. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and easy access to laundry. This property was everything we could have wanted and more!
The condo was exactly as described in listing. The view is just perfect and so relaxing, and it’s oceanfront! Our family eats breakfast at the lanai every morning as we look and admire the beautiful Keawakapu Beach. The condo has everything we needed, from beach chairs, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, seasonings, etc. There were a few constructions and maintenance (pool) going on while we were there but Keiko and the property manager was very responsive to inquiries and concerns. We will definitely come back to this unit.
Prime location on the beach with spectacular views. We spent a lot of time enjoying the large balcony. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 8-night stay with my wife and 2 adult kids. Everything went smoothly from the reservation to check in. Well managed.

The description of the unit is very accurate - unit was clean and exactly what we needed for 2 teens, a gramma and my husband and I. There was always a custodian cleaner doing rounds all day - wiping little things that showed us the place is well cared for. The best was the view and that the pool is on the ocean. It was so easy to go sit pool side, then go swim with the turtles at the beach right off of the property. The beach and grass areas we public but not very busy or loud with music and beech parties. It was nice and quiet. The pool code kept the pool secure and our family loved that the pool was 7’ deep so they could really “swim” … the beach is clean and has good snorkelling in the morning. The unit itself isn’t super updated but the twin beds have nice memory foam toppers for excellent sleep. The King bed is comfy - there were ample pillows and blankets. The laundry was not busy and fine for what we needed to be washed. Lots of dishes and Tupperware and containers etc - we didn’t need the coolers but they were there. It was exactly what we expected. The outdoor hallway was clean and the elevators worked well. There are big cargo carts in the lobby if you need to bring in lots of stuff when checking in or out. The little tuck shop had essentials. There are restaurants 5 minutes away either direction. We felt safe and secluded and would highly recommend! Check in was easy and we could change the door code to a number we could remember. The resort exceeded expectations as it was right on the beach and had nice amenities. The on-premise shops were very nice to have. There was great snorkeling directly in front of the resort. We enjoyed walking along the beach and boogie boarding in the ocean.
The condo had great views from both the front and the back. The included amenities were nice to have: beach chairs, boogie board, pots, pans, beach towels, soaps. The beds and bedding were comfortable.
The only complaint is that when the condo above is occupied, you can hear a lot of noises that sound like furniture getting moved around. I'm guessing it doesn't have carpet so you hear chairs moving around along with doors and dividers opening and closing. Luckily, the condo above was only occupied for less than half the nights we were there.
