Place is exactly as described, right on the beach and saw turtles everyday! A little ways away from tourist attractions so you do have to drive, but absolutely worth it! Would stay here again for sure. Tom always checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and the place had plenty of ocean toys to use right there 🙂!
This house is located on a beautiful cove with amazing sunsets an abundance of sea life. We were able to see pacific green turtles and schools of fish almost everyday and the snorkeling in the cove was fantastic too! The house is cozy with all amenities you’ll need for an extended stay. Tom stocks the house with plenty of towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies which is nice so his guests don’t have to worry about buying them while there. There is also a ton of water toys, ranging from kayaks, boogie boards, snorkels and fins to surfboards.
The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants not too far away. Tom checked in with us often to make sure we didn’t need anything and would bring us papayas and avocados from his mountain property. They were so delicious.
Overall it was a great experience and we have rebooked another stay at this lovely location.
Love the quiet side of the island. The house has everything you need for comfort and fun. Saw a turtle and people watching in the cove on the weekend was fun. Don't miss end of the road drive and beaches!
This place has everything I was hoping for when I planned my vacation to Hawaii. A house that is comfortable, has a feel of individual character that you can immediately settle into as if you were home. And this is not the best feature. The location right on a small neighborhood beach is the best and the views of the ocean and sunsets from the front lanai are the best I have ever experienced.
My home away from home. This was the fifth year we stayed at the same property and it truly feels like home away from home there’s nothing I would change the months spent there is truly a blessing in my life
