The unit does not disappoint. Right on the beach, all you need is in the unit, secure parking, 10 seconds and on the beach. Crystal was an attentive host and made sure everything was going well through the visit. Neighbours were super friendly and the towns close by have all you need. Lots of activities to do on the west coast. Would stay again for sure!
We love coming to this beach and generally stay at the Cabanas. This was our first stay at this unit and we were very pleased with our accommodations. But we warn first time visitors to be very respectful of the waves and undertow. They are both very powerful. If you are not a strong swimmer, stay out of the water. Enjoy the sun and the sand!
We enjoyed our stay! Being able to sit on our balcony or on the beach without a bunch of people was exactly what we were looking for!
The condo was as advertised, beautiful sunset, clean rooms with effective kitchen that’s got majority of the basics covered (utensils, knives, sat/pepper etc), it was easy to prepare meals. The sound of the waves was majestic and we saw many turtles (one on land in thr neighboring beaches) it was a great change in the pace and mindset from the Waikiki’s hotel beach resort experience of Hawaii.
We had a wonderful time at Makaha Beach! Amazing views right off the lanai! Private beach perfect for snorkeling. Condo clean and updated and included beach items, extra towels and kitchen items.. We were a bit unsure of the neighborhood at first but complex is gated and secured and lots of stores close by. Stop by Tamuras grocery for fresh poke and cooked items for dinner! West side location away from crowds and easy to drive all over the island. Great way to stay in Hawaii without the bustle of crowded resorts! Thank you Crystal for everything!
The owner was very helpful. We had no issues in checking in or with the property. The views were amazing. The only thing I could of asked to be better was the neighborhood. The property was gated and had very friendly security on site at all times.
This is a beautiful place to stay for a more private cozy getaway. My wife and I were amazed from the views. Things you don’t get on a resort!
The unit was clean and had everything I needed for the week. I have stayed at many different places and this by far had the best beach (if you like things quiet) and hands down the best sunsets I’ve seen.
The view and the facilities and the unit were fabulous. Chrystal the owner was a joy to rent from. I can’t wait to rent this unit again
