This condo features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer and dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.
Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for six. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

We have stayed at Ma'alaea Surf Resort many time over the last 30 years and once again we were very happy with our vacation. It was the first time we had stayed in unit E4 and were very pleased with the unit's location as well as how set up the kitchen was. The grounds were beautiful and we love the long stretch of sandy beach. We very much appreciate working with Malea and all the assistance she provides. We are already looking forward to returning in 2025.

Whale watching from our patio! Water spouts, tails/fins splashing and breaches visible with naked eye. Bring a pair of binoculars and just soak up the view. Outstanding property perfectly located between Kapalua and Wailea.

Lovely rental home. Windows were dirty., no big deal. The grounds are not as beautiful as they have been in the past. But probably the floods. Malea/manager is great to deal with. The maintenance man was unfriendly and aggressive and yelled at me when I was looking at the outside of another beach front condo I wanted to see if I could rent. I placed a chair outside in the ground cover out of the wind one day and also got yelled at. He only needed to tell me nicely. That was upsetting

The unit was absolutely beautiful, well stocked, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right by the large pool entry with a view of the ocean. We had friends staying in for other units and this unit was definitely the most luxurious but still made you feel right at home. The people running the resort were super friendly and helpful, even when we were hit by the natural disaster of the devastating 2023 Maui fires. The property maintenance is impeccable, there was always someone outside raking, sweeping, picking up the pool, cleaning up common areas, etc. management was also very understanding with our large group of people hanging out and having a great time even later into the night. I would definitely stay here again!

We love this property! The facilities are excellent, clean, and well maintained. The pool(s) and beach are out your front door. Our unit was freshly renovated and was AMAZING! Checking in and out is a breeze. We have stayed here before, and will stay here again. It is perfect for our family of 5.

Ma'alaea Surf Resort is an amazing place! It is a quiet oasis located right on the beautiful Ma’alaea Bay. The location is close to great restaurants and surf/snorkeling spots. You can also swim in the bay in the morning and walk to get a tasty shave ice and dessert at Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice and Sugar Beach Bake shop.
