Amazing views and condo had everything we needed. It is a very dated condo compared to the other dozen or so we’ve stayed in over the years and could use some repairs here and there, but you get what you pay for. This Unit is one of the cheapest with the front views. It was pretty warm during our stay, high 80’s, but the numerous fans were helpful since there is no air conditioning. Hosts were very responsive for any issues and everything was clean and stocked well for a week visit.

Beautiful beach and ocean views, near the end of the paved road location with a secluded beach park. That beach is over a mile long.
Im sorry we had to leave after 10 nights in this wonderful comfy VRBO. Aaaahhh the balcony, turtles, local beach park, pool --- all will be missed. The condo is homey & affordably priced. Aloha and Mahalo Delia & Ron
I love how lived-in this condo is. I know that I can relax and make myself comfortable, throw in a load of laundry, grab a boogie board and head for the sand, hit the pool and chat up the neighbors, walk down to the cafe and get a coffee/breakfast sandwich, hop on a boat or just spend the day on the most-of-the-day shaded lanai. Housekeeping is friendly and accomodating, the owner has all the details in hand and I never worry about getting help IF I ever needed it. I look forward to the next time I get to stay at this condo and highly recommend it to anyone ..... but most especially to those laid back Aloha types that appreciate a perfectly imperfect lived in condo! The location is amazing, the Condo needs updates. It was sufficient.
This was a perfect setting! Quiet safe neighborhood to easily walk and the views from the lanai were breathtaking. We watched whales every day from the balcony! We could easily access any part of the island and had necessities close by. Could not have had a better location. Host was non existent after booking. Apparently had health issues but never gave check in info to anyone. Had to scramble to contact management on a Sunday. Very poor start to a great stay.
We stayed a week. The property is older and some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but overall clean, comfortable and well furnished for our needs. The view from our balcony was amazing. The location is very convenient for getting to all parts of the island. The owner was quick to respond to our questions.

Obviously, the view was awesome! The view sells a lot of people, it sold us. The condo could use an upgrade and a thorough cleaning. Carpet in bedroom was worn to backing. Throw rug covered but cause trip hazard. We have to pay 150 for cleaning I would have expected to be clean of dust. The biggest sell was the patio when we were there!!
It was overall a good trip.
Loved this place, the view is unbeatable. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. I loved opening the windows and sleeping to the ocean. The fans helped keep it cool. I’d just say for future guests make sure to bring travel body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent. We had to buy some and it’s not cheap!
We have stayed at different units many times in the past 20 years. The location never disappoints. We loved the opportunity to stay ocean front and on the top floor which was the best ever. This unit was clean and well equipped. Since this location always has a breeze, not having air conditioning was never an issue. We would totally stay in this unit again without hesitation.
Pool was nice, beach park close. Clean condo but old style. No bugs. Hostess was kind and allowed late check out to accommodate a late flight.
Location ideal. Loved sitting on lanai watching and hearing the waves. So close to water. Unit well appointed with kitchen items.
10 days in paradise! Saw turtles from the lanai, a whale waved good bye on our last day. Simple, understated lodging in a warm setting.
We had a beautiful view and able to watch whales every day from our lanai. Kitchen was well stocked. No air conditioning but sufficient cross breeze and plenty of fans if needed. Being right on the ocean you could listen to the waves rolling in. One observation however is that at night the waves seemed to get louder as they slapped upon the break wall. There were some things in the condo that had been undated but there were still some areas that could benefit from additional updates.
Over all we had an enjoyable stay and it was a pleasure dealing with Marlene.

We renjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to many activities. But the best selling point was the view!! Straight on full ocean front. We saw many, many whales during our ten days. Nearby sugar beach invites long, leisurely morning walks.the kitchen is well equipped and plenty of books and puzzles for after the sun goes down. We particularly appreciative of the traditional hawaiian decor. Would definitely book again. Host was very responsove to our questions.
The location of and views from this property are amazing!! The complex is ok and the grounds are well kept. The condo itself is a bit outdated and could use an overhaul and DEEP cleaning. We noticed quite of bit of dust build-up on the brick walls, the living room furniture is a bit old and uncomfortable. A new washing machine needs to be added as the current one is rusted along the rim and if not careful will cut you. There is no a/c, which is usuallly not an issue on Maui, but it was unusually hot during our stay. There are several fans throughout and we also went to Costco and purchased an additional fan. We noticed many of the other units in the complex have added A/C, recommend the owners do this as well. We did have an issue with the microwave not working, which was resolved (by replacement) VERY quickly. Again, the location and views were PERFECT, working with Marlene was also great! I would return if updates are done and DEEP cleaning is done regularly!

Marlene is a fantastic host. Prompt communications and very responsive to any questions I had. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. Plenty of beach towels, all the kitchen gadgets you might need, comfortable beds and the perfect location for this area. Plenty of fans in the unit which, along with open windows and the Maui trade winds, allowed for a very comfortable stay without the need for air conditioning. The condo grounds and facilities are regularly maintained and consistently look amazing. Last but not least, all the incredible views that this condo affords. Unobstructed true oceanfront location. Great views of Kihei, Haleakala, surfers, marine traffic, large numbers of turtles and awesome sunrises every morning.

Condo was great, met all our needs. Nice balcony for watching turtles with morning coffee and evening cocktail. We visited right after the fires and a couple of our group did not make it, so there were just two of us but condo is plenty big for a group of four. We were there on family concerns so the location was ideal for us. We very much enjoyed the beach just a short walk from condo, very quiet and relaxing. We needed some quite time and the area the condo is in was perfect for that. Hope to return again.
