Pala Hinu Cleaning Services (our cleaning contractor) is dedicated to ensuring that your rental is safe and sanitary. We have evaluated our cleaning practices with the onset of COVID-19 to make sure that we are using the proper chemicals and techniques. Rest assured, we have implemented new procedures that include frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas, linen sanitization, and we have given our staff robust training to ensure that our standards are one of the highest in the industry. We have also received certifications for Cleaning for COVID-19 by the Care Academy and the VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals).

Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and their own private bath. Each bathroom has granite countertops and a beautiful block style shower boasting soft pebbled floors.
The living space has an open style floor plan with a plush sofa that doubles as a queen pull out. An AC unit, a smart TV, a washer/dryer and wifi are some of the amenities this space provides. Open and airy, the stainless steel, granite counter topped and tile floored kitchen is the perfect place to try a new recipe or test your culinary skills.
Discover a new read from the library on the second floor. Venture up to the rooftop garden and enjoy the BBQ's (available for your use), and the breathtaking ocean views.

We are always available to be reached via email or phone. We have a Housekeeping team on call; additional cleaning could be arranged for a fee, generally our long stay guests take advantage of this service. Our Maintenance team is on call and can assist at any time. Check-in and Check-out are very simple. We send you a pre-arrival email that has all necessary information on how to get to the condo, what the electronic door lock code is, pool access code, etc. We recommend you print the email prior to the trip or saving it on your smart phone to easily access it when you arrive at the complex. A private Concierge is always standing by to help with any activity bookings, island recommendations and restaurant reservations.
The Royal Mauian is located on Maui’s most pristine beaches, Kamaole I and II. Just steps from the complex you will find restaurants, shopping, health food stores, snorkel rentals and a surf school.
