It was a Wonderful Property and We Enjoyed it Immensely! The amenities were as listed and everything we needed for our stay. The Sunrises were my favorite and I’m not an early riser usually! Location was Great, too! We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!
Everything was better than we expected- the property was gorgeous, the home was comfortable and clean, and the beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to have! We were able to walk to get food and coffee and our kids loved the pool and tide pools/beach in front. We will be back!
We were so pleased with the view, the location and the condo. It has a contemporary look with a nice architectural design! This condo shares the pool with about 6 others, but it is seldom used, at least during our stay. The two bedrooms downstairs are very comfortable and good for couples with queen-sized beds. The room upstairs has a king-sized bed and is very vast with its own bathroom. One thing to know, is that room has no wall and though has intimacy, the sound has no barrier and overlooks the livingroom.
If you like cooking, it has very nice appliances with a Wolf gas stove. But you should know that there are no condiment or spices or non perishable items in the kitchen. AND the stove fan has very inadequate outflow and could not handle us grilling food on the gas stove. It is a good thing the patio doors are opening the whole front wall so we could clear the air.
Yes, there are lots of roosters on Kauai and they will wake you at 4AM, unless you have earplugs.
All in all, we were thrilled about our stay!!
Centrally located and right on the water. Great family vacation spot with 3 bedrooms, fantastic kitchen, and washer dryer available.
Stayed with my wife, son & daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. Great location with beautiful ocean view right off the balcony. There was an issue with the washing machine on the first day. Upon contacting the property manager, they immediately set up for maintenance to check it out. By mid afternoon the following day, a new washing machine was installed. This was very much appreciated.
The property is beautiful and the location is perfect in mid-island for a Kauai vacation. I, my husband and our guest thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Unit 2E. We were thrilled with the level of comfort, peace and quiet and spacious rooms. Very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was fantastic and the beds were more comfortable than we anticipated. We would definitely stay in this location again and have already recommended it to several friends.

My teens, my parents and my husband and I spent 10 lovely days at this property. Easy communication and speedy check-in process. Location was fantastic and centrally located on the island, making north and south shore excursions convenient. The door that leads out to the lanai opens completely and makes the whole living room part of the outdoor space. Spent so much time on the lanai! Beautiful sunrises every morning right out your door. There is a large, easy access beach about a block away or a private, but harder to access small beach by the property. Surfers galore out your window. Make a stop at Passion Bakery Cafe across the street....fresh delicious malasadas T/Th/Sat (days change) are worth the line or do like the locals (and those who have longer stays) and order the day before. The property is clean and well appointed. Beds were comfy and the loft was great for the kids. Bathroom attached to each bedroom and one up in the loft. Oven is in Celsius, just fyi :). All appliances work and are clean. Very comfortable and we were happy to call it home for a week and a half. Will recommend to others!
Our family visited Kauai and stayed here and it was amazing. The condo was very clean, views were incredible, and it was nice and quiet and away from the main road. Highly recommend this place. We will be back soon.

This was a great three bedroom location for us - there was enough space for everyone and it had a fantastic deck and pool area to spend time in the sun.

The place is nice but dated. The kitchen has been remodeled which was nice. Carpets are very dirty. The biggest issue was the unit was not clean and we spent an hour cleaning the floors, hair out of the shower, etc. Don't try using the grill on the gas stove, the hood fan is not vented. Location is central. The building is quiet and seems secure.
