We stayed 7 nights and have no complaints whatsoever. The location is great, close distance to nice beaches, restaurants and shops but much more quiet and relaxed compared to the big hotel chains all around. The kitchen is well-equipped, washing machine works great if needed. We also enjoyed the additional rental car and had no issues.

I was very impressed with the Kapalua Bay Villas. First of all, ours was so clean! I'm going to tell a weird short story. We accidentally spilled some water on the floor in the kitchen and I wiped it up with a paper towel. After wiping, the paper towel was still white!! I don't even think that happens in my own house! It had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and flippers in the closet which was incredible and SO useful! It's walking distance to beaches with great snorkeling and beautiful sunsets. Lots of space, anything you could think of you might need, they had it! There is also a Kapalua Store in the villiage that had cute souvenirs and lots of great food choices we could pack or just eat in our villa! We had an amazing week and I would highly recommend the Kapalua Bay Villas to anyone!
This is our second time staying at this villa while visiting Maui, and we love it!! The views when you wake up, eat breakfast, or simply do dishes, do not disappoint! We love the short walk down to Kapalua (our favorite beach), and the proximity to the costal trail. The amenities like the included rental car, washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and beach toys are the icing on the cake! We feel at home here and hope we can visit again next summer. Thanks to KBM for the great communication!
This was our second stay at this villa, and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! The amenities and location make this the perfect place for us. We appreciated the clear communication, cleanliness, views, and the beach perks! (The beach umbrellas saved our Midwest skin, thank you for providing it & the chairs for free!) Having a rental car included in the price is such a big bonus. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful views and very close to the beach! We enjoyed everything about our stay at the villa. We would only request that massage shower heads be installed for convenience.
This is a very spacious condo for a couple, with amazing views and close proximity to several beaches. Easy and pleasant walk to the Ritz and the beach there, to the tennis garden, and to Kapalua Bay beach with good snorkeling.
A number of reviews mentioned wind noise, but Maui can be a windy place and this is an exposed location (hence the great views!). There was definitely wind noise, but we did not find it bothersome
One star subtracted from Cleanliness, due to a couple of dead bugs and some ants, but this the tropics, so that is to be expected and not a big deal. The condo was very clean in all other respects. (Note to management: the ants seemed to like the scented Kleenex on the main floor bathroom sink. We move the Kleenex box to the back of the toilet and no more ants)
Enjoyed the accomodations, but the view was great!
So we knew to expect issues going back to Maui so soon, but we wanted to help the economy of the state and we love staying at the Kapalua Bay Villas.
There was an issue with water (not anyone’s fault) the 1st day we were there. Management was splendid with communication and were making accommodations for plan B.
The unit itself needs some tender loving care the upstairs bedroom has to windows that need replacement or fixing. The furniture in th upstairs deck should be updated- didn’t look usable. Both bathrooms could use a Plummer but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful big 1 bedroom condo,
Parking is very good, all needed supplies were available,
Mangement team was very good.
Had four maintenance problems that need fixed,
I saw a VRBO review from 14 Nov 22 that mentions
issues also, so make sure the Dryer, Shower drain,
Upstairs toilet and balcony door whistling with wind are fixed before you book.
Views are spectacular, wifi is very good, condo is very comfortable. Bed is awesome, except for wind under door, condo is perfectly quiet. Great location.

Great parking, one way street or in a lot, but easy and close.
Beautiful views from upstairs, downstairs, and the bathroom.
Everything you could need was provided.
Bed very comfortable, king size in giant room.
Very Clean. Very nice floors. Beautiful windows everywhere.
THE TINY BAD:
mangement wanted to come and fix while we were there, but I
declined as I wanted to relax, but there were 4 maintanence issues.
1. Dryer had no heat, so it would not dry,
2. Shower drained very slowly.
3. Upstairs toilet ran on and on, wasting water.
4. Wind blows under door right by bed, causing a loud whistling noise that make it impossible to sleep. Putting a towel down solved the whistling noise.
I recommend making sure these 4 things are fixed and you should have a very beautiful stay.
What a fantastic place to stay in Maui. The condo was just perfect for a week of rest and relaxation in paradise. I would highly recommend not only this unit but KBM who provided excellent customer service.
An absolutely STUNNING view!!!! Very comfortable. Would love to come back. Gave 4 instead of 5 because of a few issues that I'm sure will be ironed out by the time the next guest arrives. The view more than makes up for any inconveniences.

The views cannot be beat and are right by our favorite beaches. Condo was spacious. We didn’t use the air conditioner at night because the vent spit little drops water on us as we slept. Doesn’t seem to work well upstairs in the bedroom anyway but the windows and ceiling fan kept us comfortable enough. Some reviews noted problems with the ac. We think this condo is one of the best situated in the resort for both view and convenience.
