Our Villa is located at the top of the Golf Villas. It is easy to access and is all on the street level. There are plenty of parking spaces just 35 steps from our front door. It is peaceful and quiet and is away from the early morning noise from the lawn mowers at the golf course.

The living room is nicely furnished and decorated. There is a wide screen TV's and Blu-ray players for your enjoyment. The kitchen features granite counters. Appliances include; stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and rice cooker. The large bedroom has a very comfortable NEW king-size mattress. Both the living room and bedroom have sliding doors on to our double wide private lanai which has awesome, unobstructed, ocean views. The floors are tiled and have carpeting in the living room and bedroom areas. The Villa is approximately 1338 square feet which includes the Extra Large private lanai. Our Villa has a level entry and is all on one level. There are no stairs to climb. We have provided an 'Availability Calendar' for your convenience.
