This is a beautiful property! The beach villas are tremendous. Located in a family friendly part of oahu, not as crazy as Waikiki and still close to all of the adventures we wanted to do. The view from the lanai was great, we were up for sunrise and sunset every day. Michelle's villa had everything we needed for the week. From a pack n play and booster seat for our 1 1/2 year old to beach toys for our 3 year old. The condo was clean and fully stocked with cookware. We used the provided wagon, toys, beach chairs and beach towels. Check in was so smooth with Jensen. She helped us with our bags and showed us to our room, parking spot, and a gave a brief tour of the grounds. We had a suv (nissan murano) and if fit fine in the provided parking spot. Michelle gave us an extensive list of activities and restaurants to visit around the island. We had a great time at the pebble pool on property and watched the sunset with live music by the pool bar. Fantastic vacation and would 10/10 recommend staying at Michelle's villa.
This is a very nice resort between the Marriott and Disney properties. The condominium is tastefully decorated, well appointed and very comfortable. Resort staff friendly and very helpful .Our family enjoyed it very much. The lanai has very comfortable furnishings, a nice breeze and does have an angled view of the Pacific Ocean at a distance.To be honest, a modest view.This resort and some of its condominiums are indeed on the beach but this one is not. That said, it is a Very nice condo, comfortable resort and fun area for families Easy access to amenities and a short walk to visit all resorts, some quaint shops and some really fun restaurants.
This condo was everything our family needed for a relaxing and adventure filled trip to Oahu! The kitchen and condo are fully stocked and we used the beach gear everyday. The beach villas offer fantastic amenities. We utilized the gym, pools, hot tubs and water/ice filling stations. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtakingly beautiful! We didn’t want to leave and will be back!
Michelle’s condo is absolutely wonderful! The property is perfect. The amenities are fantastic! Communication before was more than expected. We had an amazing time!!!
The condo was nice. Comfortable for our family of 8 plus a toddler. The 3rd bedroom was a little tight for 4 "adult" size grandkids so one ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. The Wolf oven heated to 269 and no higher after an hour; had to be repaired (told us it should heat to 350 in 27 min. now! Slow!) The new LG clothes dryer does not dry...even after several hours. Have to finish drying on a rack. We ran out of salt/pepper and handsoap. The property manager wasn't available to replace them but reimbursed us for the purchase. Also, ran out of toilet paper and no one was available to replenish. Had to go buy some. Sounded like they normally stock a certain number of rolls for the week and that's it! Had to ask for more trash bags, too, which they brought to us. While the issues were an irritant, we still enjoyed our stay in beautiful Ko Olina with our family.
Property was beautiful. This location was a great hub to do things all over the island. Would love to come back!

This condo is so lovely. The location is fantastic - the lagoon is just outside the property gates, so it’s very easy to go back and forth to the beach. The pools and on-site bar/cafe were also great. The view from the condo’s lanai is amazing - unobstructed ocean view, but you are several hundred yards back from the water (the condo building itself is not beachfront - the other building in the complex is closer to the beach). Two parking spaces available, as well as tons of beach toys, snorkel gear, and a wagon. The condo was very quiet at night. The property owner is a great communicator. She even replied to my texts while she was on vacation herself. I would like to point out a couple issues with the appliances, which are of no fault of the condo owner (apparently these are property-wide issues): the dryer really doesn’t get anything dry. It doesn’t vent to the outside, so although it gets hot, everything remains damp. The condo owner warned us about this for the beach towels, but our clothes also had to be hung to dry. The AC cannot be set lower than 73 or it “freezes up,” which resulted in the guest bedroom being quite warm. Luckily, fans were provided for all of the bedrooms, which made it tolerable. The oven takes a very long time to preheat, so we used the air fryer instead, which worked great. There are also outdoor grills available near the pool. Overall, the location and amenities this condo offers cannot be beat! I would love to stay here again.
This condo was spacious for our family of five, and it felt like home in paradise. The property was immaculate. The pools, koi ponds, and beaches were a big hit with the kids. The hardest part was that we did not want to go home after experiencing the best that Hawaii has to offer!
This is our 2nd time at this resort and first time in this unit. The 3 bed 3 bath set up is perfect for family gatherings. Excellently appointed unit. Communication with Michelle was easy and made us feel at hime.. cant wait to

The villa and property are fantastic. Great place to take a larger group, excellent cooking options, and the pool / cove / marina are an unbeatable amenity.
The location was very very good. Everything was so nice. We had a great time and I feel the condo and etc was just as we expected. The only thing that was not good was the dryer situation. Thankfully we didn’t plan to launder clothes. And we found it didn’t help at all to dry the towels. Very inconvenient on that part. Everything else was wonderful,
This was a lovely condo, nicely furnished, well-equipped, with even a view of the ocean from part of the lanai. With the little ones, we especially appreciated the extra beds as well as the wagon to take our gear to the beach. We loved swimming in the beautiful lagoon every day, and the the pools were nice to have as an extra option. Last but not least -- Michelle was easy to communicate with and very helpful with our questions. A very successful vacation for our family, with nearly perfect weather as well!
The unit is much nicer than the pictures. The owner, property manager everyone involved were top notch. The grounds are immaculate, location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Sunrise and sunset were breaking. Trying to plan when our next trip is.
Wonderful stay with family! The condo is one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed - well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and beach stuff (chairs, snorkels, kid life vests), extra linens and cozy beds. The condo is super spacious and we loved that the primary bedroom suite was separated from the other 2 bedrooms. We loved sunrise coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning and appreciated that we were seemingly staying in the quietest of the 4 lagoons. The resort amenities were perfect for our group with kids.Michelle’s recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on and made us feel like we got a little more of a local’s taste with getting out of the resort area. Reviews and Michelle both forewarn travelers about the poor dryer - but the condo is stocked with a large drying rack and we did plenty of laundry amongst the 6 of us. Clothes dried on the rack quickly overnight and was a non issue for our family. Thank you Michelle and family for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a blast here. We used the beach gear everyday. ( Chairs, towels, sand toys, snorkel gear and boogie boards) It was nice that every room had it's own bathroom. My 3 kids slept great on the bunks and trundle. I have 0 complaints and will return again!
The luxury villa was amazing for my family of 6. We made dinner almost every night in the large kitchen, sat out on the balcony at night and had a movie night or two. My niece, 9, and nephew, 13, loved the pools and the easy access to the ocean. We were visiting family in Ewa Beach and the location was perfect for us. Plus we loved the walking path through the lagoons and easy access to jump on the highway and explore the rest of the island. The space was super comfortable and clean.
My party, consisting of 3 kids ages 11-15, 2 40-somethings and 2 70somethings stayed for a week. The residence was perfect for what we needed, with everyone having a real bed (no couch bed for the little one). The lanai was lovely, and we would definitely stay here again. The only hiccup was the dryer really didn’t work, but the owner let me know that ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise.
The overall facilities were great with a beautiful pool area, nice bar setting with good food/snacks and drinks. And the location was fabulous. A beautiful beach walk allowed us to walk to the Aulani resort and over to the marina. The beach was perfect, beautiful water that wasn’t too rough, and never got too crowded.
We went into Waikiki one day and I was so glad we weren’t staying there as our location was so much nicer and more relaxed.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful relaxing vacation spot.
Our family had a wonderful vacation. The resort was beautiful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved watching the sunset. The villa was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the dryer did not dry the clothes. The clothes were as wet coming out as when you put them in the dryer. We had to hang the clothes and towels around the unit to dry.

We stayed at the KoOlina Resort previously and I wanted to return with my grown children and grandchildren. It was the perfect condo for everyone to enjoy Oahu. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It is close to shopping, great restaurants, and Honolulu. It wasn't too far from Waimea and the North Shore either. We hope to return next year, hopefully we will be able to stay in the same condo!
There was a minor hiccup on the check in which was resolved quickly, the unit was very nice and had everything we needed.
The home was beautiful, clean, relaxing and enjoyable.
Close to the pools, lagoons and shopping.

Lovely Condo, best in area. Everything you need, close to amenities, caters to both adults (quiet pool) and kids (lots of adjoining pools). Beach lagoon was safe for both adults and kids. Condo well-stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!
No complaints, sad to leave. Just can’t wait to come back next year. Absolute paradise! I’m just thankful for the opportunity to be able to rent here. Michelle and Jen are dolls! I travel a lot and by far this is my favorite place.
