We stayed here 4 nights. The only negative was check-in because we had no cell service at the gate & no instructions other than meeting someone who wasn’t at the gate. The gate had a keypad & multiple alarm/security signs, only to find out just remove the chain & push open the gate. HOWEVER, once we arrived at the house, we eventually met the owner who was lovely & accommodating. She gave us a brief tour of the main floor of the house. The owner lives right next door & we never noticed or heard them so it was truly a private stay. The lower level was not being used while we were there. Wifi is available inside the house. The listing was accurate, pics & amenities. Our favorite part was the huge 2nd story deck with a view of the amazing property & the ocean in the distance. Amazing sunrises & stargazing!!

Would highly recommend this place to anyone. We wish we could have stayed longer. REALLY! When we first saw this listing on VRBO it had no reviews so I was a little skeptical about booking it. I started communicating with the Property Managers (Danielle) and was assured that the place was great and we would not regret it. We took a chance and decided we could be their first review. I am so glad we did. The view alone was enough to keep me there. The house was spacious and more than enough room for just the two of us. We were in the upstairs main part of the house and it was great. The bedroom was huge, the bed was so comfortable and there was a dedicated work nook, with a view, that I used everyday to work remotely. I could have worked all day looking at the view from my little nook. We had some really clear nights, went out to the big lanai to star gaze, and the night sky and stars were amazing. All the people that worked there, ran the property as well as the owner, were so kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the property. It was awesome talking to everyone since we are thinking of moving to the Big Island in the near future. We walked to their small waterfall and pond and floated around and took great pictures. There are hundreds of lychee trees, they have two cats and three pigs on property as pets which was a lot of fun. The Google maps made it easy to find. Me and my husband would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone.
