The condo was in a large complex. Across from the ocean. The furniture was awful. The couch was broken. Only one person could sit at a time. Two if the three cushions were broke. We stacked throw pillows to sit on the couch. The outside furniture was rusted and awful. Did not want to sit outside to enjoy view. No table cloth to cover. Unfinished painting in master bath.

The unit was just good. There were a number of simple maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as the garbage disposal was broken, interior wall patchwork complete but not painted, only one faucet in the main bathroom was functioning and sadly the "beach package" was less than adequate. There were a total of 4 boogie boards (2 completely broken in half so that makes only 2 actually), the cooler with wheels had a broken wheel and only 4 beach towels which for a place that sleeps 6, why not 6 beach towels and bath towels.
