Amazing location on the bay. The house is definitely a little older and the lack of ac could be an issue but they provided lots of fans and in room ac units that worked fine with the cooler January breezes.

This house has a beautiful view with a great cove to snorkel. The beach is rocky but the water is so clear you can see the fish from the deck. Larry the gardener is fantastic at his job and a wealth of knowledge about the island so be sure to talk to him if you see him.
The house layout is great but the inside is very dated.
If you like air condition this is not the house for you. The upstairs bedroom air did not work at all and the living room air doesn't do much to cool the downstairs. If you are cooking dinner as the sun sets the kitchen can be extremely hot. There is usually an ocean breeze but not always. We had lovely weather and like the windows open.
Great house and location but would recommend some upgrades for the price point.

My husband & I spent our 5 yr anniversary in Kona and had the Best stay at this amazingly cozy house with Fantastic sunsets from the house and pool area. It is located in a Great area close to beaches, golf courses and all the shopping and restaurants you need. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again. The house is fabulous. It's in a great central location with easy access to everything. Loved being near the water and also having a pool. Enough rooms for everyone in our group. Mahalo!

Everything was wonderful! The house and setting was the best spot for life and sunsets. The only problem that we had was that the A/C was not central air as advertised. Air units worked well in bedrooms but was not adequate for living areas in the afternoon. Otherwise very nice and so beautiful!

This was such a wonderful house for our family vacation!
This house overlooks a cove and you can see fish from the patio!
The location was great for the activities we wanted to do in Kona but I would’ve loved this place even if it wasn’t centrally located.
The house was perfect for relaxing at the pool, family dinners and great game nights.
We loved the kitchen set up (food essentials already in the kitchen:ie soy sauce, olive oil. Butter in the freezer!) for group cooking. There are lots of gathering spaces and we felt very much at home.
The bedrooms are great too. Each has its own entrance from the courtyard-except the upstairs master.
The upstairs master is huge!
I would love to go here again!
The property manager is also very nice and helpful. She was available to answer questions and had great suggestions for local activities.

Check in was slow as the renters before us trashed it. The hostess was busy doing laundry so we went to dinner. The spacious home was perfect for my family of 7. We played in the pool with the owners toys. We really enjoyed using their snorkeling gear & saw so many wonderful fish in the inlet. We loved relaxing here.
