Balancing luxe island style with casual yet upscale comfort, this gorgeous 1,930sf 2-level Waikoloa town home is so welcoming that you’ll look for excuses to never leave your vacation domain! Count on chic touches and conveniences, from the upper level with its trio of bedrooms and bathrooms to the lower level common areas that say “aloha” with contemporary flair.

Families and friends traveling together love how the open design allows conversation to flow from the kitchen into the living area that encourages sharing stories about epic adventures on Hawaii’s Big Island. Tasteful island artwork, furnishings and tropical tones help create a perfect paradise.

Golfers love that Hali’i Kai lines fairways of the Waikoloa Kings’ Course. While some crave to tackle the course’s lakes, lava outcroppings and pot bunkers, others prefer relaxing with a lomi lomi massage and returning home for mai tais on the vacation villa’s furnished lanai.

Hawaii Island’s rich paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) heritage awaits up the road in charming Waimea Town, where, Hawaii’s highest elevation brewery satiates with its Coconut Cream Ale. Head south to Honokohau Harbor to test your skills at hauling in a marlin on a deep sea fishing charter.

Or hit Kailua-Kona Town to soak in the sunny scene with kayaking, shopping and dining along famed Alii Drive. For the ultimate, gear up for a night snorkeling adventure to feed manta rays off the Kona Coast.

After a day of Big Island discovery, head home to toast another gorgeous sunset. Then prep kabobs with fresh ahi and Hamakua tomatoes in the gourmet kitchen for grilling on the lanai.

The master bedroom suite raises the bar with a 4-post teak bed, direct lanai access, and shuttered opening to the master bath with soak tub, glass walk-in shower and double-sink granite countertop vanity.

Other perks include a spacious living area, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD, full laundry room, WiFi, central air, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances, teak dining table, breakfast bar, cool tile floors and walk-in closets. Sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin and 1 Sofa bed.

Amid 29 acres stretching along Waikoloa’s Beach Course and the Pacific, Hali`i Kai indulges with a cascading pool, restaurant and fitness cabana. Enjoy Waikoloa Resort’s ocean excursions, hiking trails, shopping, dining and beautiful sunsets.

The property fit our needs perfectly, the condo and grounds were amazing and very well kept. We thought we had booked a view property was our only disappointment.

The property was clean and well appointed. The grounds are very well maintained and traffic is low and slow. It was a short flip-flop to the swimming pool, which overlooked the ocean, had plenty of nice seating, and a good restaurant and bar. It's the type of place you can see yourself living the Hawaii dream. Highly recommended.

The unit was clean and relatively well-supplied. Great location in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. Beach towels were provided. Being right next to the tennis courts was nice - especially since the unit provided racquets and balls. We would stay here again.

Overall, I enjoyed the property - a quiet area, well located for golf. My biggest nit was the lack of light in the living room. One lame lamp was not enough.
