GREAT LOCATION!! Upper floor, corner unit with windows on three sides. Shady balcony overlooking the pool with sunset and ocean views. Less than one mile walking distance to all Ali'i Drive attractions, Kailua Pier and some of Kailua Kona's best restaurants. Close to Honl's beach. Central location if you want to stay in town or easy access up to the highway to get out and explore the rest of the island!

Small, fully stocked kitchen with some basic amenities provided. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a walk in closet and is down the hall away from living area. A futon is also in the living room for an extra sleeping area. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity and mirror.
Perfect size for a couple or small family. Lots of movies, books, games and beach/pool gear available for use during your stay. There is a BBQ by the pool along with an outdoor shower, restrooms and an area to store a bicycle.
A/C in the bedroom, but please conserve energy usage. Hawaii has the highest electricity costs in the country....

Julie pretty much has it down, everything is on hand and really pretty comfortable. The room AC in the bedroom does the trick on warm nights and helps block the traffic noise. The patio is awesome, pretty quiet and very peaceful most of the time. The grounds and pool are neat and clean. very response owner, great place if you want to be near the action, nice sunsets short walk to Honl Beach.

We have come to expect a certain amount of puffery in listings and were very pleasantly surprised when this unit exceeded expectations. Locations was great as we could walk to beach, coffee, restaurants and grocery shopping. The unit was clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed.

Well equipped condo on second floor, corner unit. Nice lanai with pool view and greenery. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the beach items like chairs, cooler, etc. Street noise from Lunapule Road is noticeable in the bedroom for light sleepers, but not loud.
