This 4th floor unit has wifi and parking at no extra charge. Sit and relax poolside if you're not up for a beach day. Or stroll the neighborhood and visit the nearby shops, restaurants and people-watching of course! Grocery store 2 short blocks away. Air conditioning in the living room only.

Salons on the 1st floor, and rent a bike for a quick tour around the neighborhood. Surf and stand-up paddleboard lessons and rentals available on the ground floor and across the street.

What more could you ask for besides enjoying a Maui sunset on the privacy of your own lanai. Pool and bbq facilities on the property. Island Surf is a smoke free property, smoking is allowed in designated area.

Great location and the view was amazing!! We watched whales from our lanai ! The condo is dated but had everything we needed. Loved all the beach accessories!!

My family and I loved our stay here. It was in a perfect location with a beautiful ocean view. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed, if not more (swim gear, beach chair, umbrella, towels). Definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at this condo for the entire month of February 2023. We loved this condo, location, balcony with ocean view, just an overall great place. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I used to live in kihei and due to Covid was unable to visit for a few years so I stayed in this condo for three weeks. This condo is great for a solo traveler or a couple, wouldn’t recommend if you have more people with you. The things in the condo were very basic but the view was gorgeous and the location you can’t top. I didn’t want to rent a car while I was there and I was a short walk from anything I needed. I walked to the store, restaurants, bars and the beach. I had a problem with the keypad at one point and was locked out and when I reached out I had an immediate response and they came and fixed it right away. There wasn’t a lot in the condo. For example, no counter spray to clean the kitchen between uses. The bedroom isn’t against the busy street so I was able to sleep in comfortably everyday. The AC is only in the living room so I imagine it wouldn’t be as comfortable to sleep if you go during the summer. I was visiting in December so I didn’t have a problem. I will definitely book this condo for future visits.

Smelled horrible when we checked in but we aired it out all week and by the time we left it was awesome. I understand the “starter kit” but toilet paper should always be available. I plan on coming back.

The location is perfect being in walking distance to great restaurants and a large food store. It is very well maintained and has everything anyone could want plus more. The manager was more than helpful when we needed assistance. We would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning for many more years.
