Nicely appointed and well equipped. Great view.
This was our second stay at this lovely condo. This trip we stayed for 4 weeks in February and March. The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed and it offers a comfortable lanai with great views of the ocean and harbor. We enjoyed lovely breezes during our stay, but the AC worked well whenever we needed it. The location offers easy access to all parts of the island. And we loved being able to walk to the harbor area and the nearby shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this wonderful property.
Clean, but a bit dated. Could use some maintenance (sliding doors don't lock, tub doesn't drain). Even so, it made for a good week in Maui with my grandson.
This property was centrally located. It had everything we needed and the view was absolutely incredible. We had a great time!
This place was so clean, had everything we needed, was in an excellent central location, blasted cold A/C, and was in every way perfect for our family with two toddlers. Our 3 year old slept in the second bedroom and our 1 year old slept in the packnplay in the bathroom. The elevator worked well. There was always plenty of parking. So spacious with an excellent view. We could have walked to the pier for our boat charter.
This condo is perfect! It’s exactly as stated and looks just like the photos. The condo has everything you need from kitchen utensils to boogie boards to outstanding views. The condo is super spacious and very clean. Communication with the owner was easy. The pool area is also very clean with convenient outside showers. It is located within walking distance to many places. Great central hub for sightseeing. 10 out of 10!

Overall a great stay! The check-in process was smooth. Communication with the property manager was responsive. Location is walkable to a few food and drink options, drivable to many more. Views of the water are great! Inside was clean with comfortable beds. The unit was just as described and pictured.
Nice and clean condo with breathtaking views. Very comfy beds too. Location was perfect for us because it allowed to explore west and South Island without hrs of driving. Having beach chairs and a cooler was a nice plus! Thank you!
Enjoyed the locality of the unit being next to the Boat Harbor and restaurants. Fantastic view of beach with constant sightings of Humpback whales spouting everywhere. February was a good time to go to see whales and turtles. unit was very clean and bed was super comfortable! Kitchen worked well for us as well.
The kitchen and amenities were spot on. Can't really think of anything we needed that wasn't available.
We loved this condo. We stay at Maalaea Bay each year but this was our first time at LauLoa and we will definitely go back. We really liked the layout of the condo. It was furnished nicely and since we like to cook, we really appreciated the layout of the kitchen and the fact that it was well stocked. In particular, we appreciated that there were some non-breakable serving items so that we could take things outside for picnics, etc. Also that there were 4 outdoor chairs to take with us to the beach. AND finally, I loved the small loveseat with cushions that was on the lanai. I know it is a small thing, but it was lovely to have a comfortable chair (other than the dining chairs) to sit on on the lanai. Sometimes it is those small details that make a real difference. So, thank you to the owners. We loved the condo and its location.
