This condo was excellent in terms of location and amenities. The pool overlooks the ocean and it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and more! We enjoyed our time.
The location of this property was absolutely amazing! we could walk to restaurants, groceries, and activities. The condo itself was spacious and has everything you need to make your vacation easy.
It was easy to get to. Near restaurants and grocery stores. It was right on the beach so you could always hear the ocean. It wasn't a good ocean swimming area for my 70 year old Mom, but the pool was easy t get to and she was able to swim once or twice a day. The other residents and visitors were kind and friendly.
What a beautiful condo. Immaculately clean and perfectly maintained. The furnishings were nicely upscale. The grounds were manicured. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Property was quiet and extremely well maintained with an onsite manager who was always available. With the addition of our own pantry basics, the condo had all the comforts we could want..The salt water pool was a big hit!
This condo has everything you would ever want for a vacation in Kauai!! The kitchen is very well equipped, including a blender for your adult beverages. The beds were very comfortable pillows were wonderful. There is even equipment for snorkeling and noodles for the pool.!! I would come back here in a heartbeat.
We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or a 5 minute walk to shopping. It was nice to be in the middle between the north and south because we spent time at both sides of the island with very little drive time. The place was very clean, all necessary supplies in the kitchen and for the beach. They supplied beach towel and chairs. The pool was clean and never crowded. The parking was always available and close to the condo. There are AC units in the bedrooms which made for restful nights and it was quiet. If I had to give a suggestion as an area of improvement it would be to have an AC unit in the living room too. It may not be needed all the time but definitely makes it more comfortable when spending time together in that room. Overall it was fantastic and I highly recommend it!!!
The condo, grounds and location were perfect for us. The condo was well-equipped with everything you needed. Staying in Kappa'a was the perfect location for all of our island wanderings.
Our stay was very comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Beautiful landscaping, well equipped kitchen. Condo was close to restaurants, groceries.
Fabulous location - easy to make your way around the island from this condo. The pool was the perfect temp and beach access was easy peasy. You can even take the public access trail through the adjoining condos and head down to a longer stretch of beach - don’t be afraid to explore!
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location again :)
This property and the condominium are lovely. The location is fabulous. We usually stay in Poipu but Kapaa was better. The property is small and private. The condo is on the bottom floor so you can just walk out of the condo and enjoy the pool, the BBQ, and the beach without going down stairs. The condo has been completely updated. The kitchen, and really, the entire condo is well stocked. We will definitely return.
The condo was beautiful however we had quite a few issues. The bbq does not work, the fridge leaks, the front stove burners were broken, the microwave is duct taped together, and the master bedroom shower had pink mold on it upon arrival. It cost 2k usd for 3 nights, at that price I was expecting everything to be functional.
Perfect spot for our family of 4. Condo was clean, well equipped with all the beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, fins, etc. The pool was small but we always had it to ourselves. It was also kept warm so the kids enjoyed coming back from adventuring to our nice warm pool. Walking distance to restaurants, we loved hanging at the Lava Lava beach club while the kids ran around playing. You are steps to the beach and pool and very central to get around the island. This is not a loud property, lots of long term residence, very quiet and peaceful but still welcoming. We will be back!
This was our first trip to Kauau and this condo did not disappoint. Beautiful scenery, comfortable living space, spotless, and anything weneeded was on site. Would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful inside and out. Right next to the ocean either a pool looking over it. Everything you next to cook or BBQ is Equipped in the house. Great restaurants and shops are right down the street

We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but that’s because we aren’t used to it.
I got Covid so spent more time in the condo than I planned. My husband was able to get what we needed nearby.
I would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay on our condo in Kapaa. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfy & in a good location to restaurants, stores & beaches. The condo was very well stocked with everything you would ever need.
We had a great stay and the condo was spacious and lovely. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with an induction cooktop. We ate our meals at the table on the patio with a view of the ocean. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards for our use. Highly recommended!

We used the boogie boards and beach chairs and ample supply of beach towels-what a money saver and made our vacation over the top. The access to the beach was secure and super close. The surf was very rough during our stay so we walked on the beach but didn’t get in the water. But the pool, wow! That was my favorite spot. The grounds were beautiful and with the pool right next to the ocean it was a slice of paradise. ❤️

This is one of the cleanest, classiest rentals I’ve ever booked. It was absolutely immaculate. There was a lovely hospitality gift for us that was above and beyond expectations. The property is so quiet. The location is centrally located on the island so it is easy to visit all the attractions (and it’s near Safeway!). I really can’t say enough good things!
The washing machine is out of balance even when empty. It is unusable. This was reported to management and the responded immediately with with a credit. It has not been repaired. Other than that our stay was wonderful and this is a beautiful property. The residents and other vacationers were all very friendly. Thank you.
